Owner kicked out disabled person with a service dog because it didnt have a vest that said service animal. No questions, no concerns, no accomodations like taking the order online and picking up. You might not agree with the law, and ice cream is trivial, but the ignorance and audacity of this old man isnt even surprising anymore. It's unfortunate that so many business owners gave had to deal with poorly trained or untrained animals but it doesnt change the obligation.Wheelchair accessibility: Seems to refuse service for disabled persons.

Best customer service! I drive past the Baskin-Robbins in Lathrop, because they suck, to come this location! Ice cream is awesome & it's nice to be greeted with a smile.

Stopped in on a whim because the shaved ice place we wanted had a very long line. We already told our son we were getting ice cream, so alas we ended up here! This was probably the busiest I've ever seen a Baskin Robbins or maybe I don't come enough. Line took a little bit to get through but wasn't too bad. I had a soda float with Oreo ice cream + Pepsi and then they blend it all together. It was delicious! My husband's Oreo cappuccino blast was also super tasty. Our son enjoyed the cotton candy ice cream too. My husband and I actually thought it tasted pretty good too. Wish they had a smaller kids scoop option though! Nothing super fancy, Baskin Robbins doesn't change much over the years, but it'll get the job done if you want some good old fashioned ice cream.
Nobody at this store wears gloves. Three employees working but none of them had gloves on. One was icing the cake without gloves then picked something off the floor and started icing again, gross! Another employed Fabian, adjusting his pants and then scooping ice-cream with bare hands, disgusting, then wipes his hand in the filthy apron. Then when I confronted, said there's no regulations on the gloves!
