Shiela, Julia and Payton were amazing! They were patient with our build your own lol they were kind and told us all about their pizzas to where we had no questions. the pizza was amazing, love the old school oven taste. definitely get the bbq chicken with bbq sauce , yummy

If there was an option to put -1 stars I would use it. The service was terrible, the employees were extremely rude, and I will never go back. One employee bullied me because I didn't want the vegan churizo, claiming that she knows better than me, simply because she is a biased vegetarian, because I am not a fan of fake meat.

DO NOT ORDER CURBSIDE PICKUP!!! THEY DONT RECEIVE THE ORDERS!!! Ordered online, PAID, went to pickup and they had no knowledge of my order. Tried to call and confirm order was received and they don't pick up the phone. Was all out of toppings at the actual store then had trouble with my refund.
The service here is horrible. I constantly order food from blaze and this is the only location that I ever have issues with. On multiple occasions I have ordered ahead on the app so I can just quickly grab my pizza while I'm on my lunch break at work, and it's never done on time, or my order is wrong. And it's never a reasonable time or mess up either. The last time I ordered ahead, my pizza was not done on time, AND after I sat there and waited for my pizza to be ready, the girl dropped it coming out of the oven and I had to wait even longer. No compensation, no apology, just remade my pizza and made me wait another 20 minutes to be done. I placed another online order today, 2 hours ahead of my pickup time, and when I showed up to get it, they hadn't even started on my order yet. Not to mention the multiple times I have paid extra for a different crust, and given a regular while being told all they could do for me was remake it and not just refund me the extra $3. Horrible.

I ordered delivery through the website. I'm vegan and it's hard to find good pizza. I ordered the cheesy bread deal (made it vegan- both the cheesy bread and 2 topping pizza) and the 11 inch pepperoni pizza for my husband. I also added one regular sauce cup and one spicy sauce cup for the cheesy bread. They forgot the sauce cups. I also asked for napkins and didn't get any. Both pizzas were burnt. Tasted burnt and dry. The vegan pizza had barely any cheese and also very little toppings. My cheesy bread also had no cheese or anything on half of the slices. This is a lot of money for such a disappointing meal. A cold, dry, burnt meal. I am so upset and I will never be ordering delivery from Blaze again. Your employees also don't change gloves and use the green utensils when making vegan items. I've been in person before and they don't even bother to offer. That is a huge risk to individuals. Maybe because I asked them to do so in the notes of my order; they acted out by making our food so terrible.

The only reason I am giving this place 5 stars right now is because of one employee. She was so sweet and nice to ALL the customers, including the doordashers in the restaurant. Something happened I assume, and an another employee started saying something to her. She seemed very bothered by it. She said okay and just listened to him. Then she said "I understand. But that was not even me, that was you why are you upset with me". Then he raised his voice at her (she was standing right next to him, no need for that). He said "I am just saying you need to pay attention". All of us guest were just quiet and watching this guy be SO unprofessional and disrespectful to this girl. We all looked at each with shock. One lady right to me said to me "She's the one doing everything why is he stopping her and telling her she's doing something wrong? He just put that in the oven. That's my pizza." I said back to her "I saw him do it too, he's probaly embarrassed that he burned it" The girl said okay and walked away. Mind you, she was doing everything... This girl was sweating running around RUNNING this place. After that, the guy stood around and just walked around slowly. She had to run over and take over his task because he wasn't doing it. When she gave me my pizza she sighed and took a deep breath. I can see the frustration and tears in her eyes. I told her that she was doing a good job and that she's almost out, and to just keep going. I really wish I asked her what her name was because someone please help this girl out. She was so flustered. I can tell by the way she reacted this is not the first time this other male employee has raised his voice at her. The thing is she was wearing a polo collard shirt, yet he was wearing a t-shirt. So who is in charge? Him or her? Because either way a manager shouldn't talk to an employee like that, and an employee should never talk to a manger like that! I hope the owners sees this and does something about this. I feel so sorry for this girl. My heart goes out to her and her mental health.
