We got to Bober 45 minutes before closing time and they began to turn people away because they shut off machines and even the restroom. Waited for 15 minutes just so that they would say that they couldn’t fulfill the order. Refund was offered and applied without a receipt ever being given and with over 30 minutes to go before closing time. Management could improve and cleanliness of business as seats and tables are sticky and have grime.

I had a great experience with my friends here. The cookies and cream mochi donut was really good, and the chai creme brulee boba tea was also great. Everything tasted so good. I'm a huge fan of soft, gooey, and chewy textures. The sweet treats are worth it.My friends and I took photos in the rose telephone booth, and we hung out in the study lounge.I think this will be a new hang out spot for us! ?

The drinks are okay, nothing I can't get somewhere else. The self serve is okay but not like it helps them go faster, I would rather have someone take my order and tip someone for the service. This was my last time stopping here. It's upsetting when you make the time to stop at a place that is advertising something of good quality only for it to be raw. I made the time to stop for one of these coins, as I'm on the road on my way to work I realized that the coin wasn't properly cooked. (It wasn't the cheese) I tried to called them to see about a replacement but their phones don't work. I work a pm shift so I couldn't go back later.

Yes, it’s a “cute” and beautifully decorated boba shop, however customer service is terrible! You are not greeted or even made eye contact with. Employees looked miserable! They had to help a customer ahead of me with their order at the kiosk & was very unpleasant to the customer, walked right in front of me to get to them, did not say excuse me - no manners just seemed upset they had to help someone. Got our drinks, no boba in them?! The place is literally called Bober! Wasn't aware you needed to add it at the kiosk as it has so many options, some we had no idea what they even were - but was put off to ask for help as the workers watch you in confusion, they literally avoid you. My drink was super sweet, nothing special. Still tipped. Came in a cute cup. Won’t be returning!

This Place is Disgusting. My first time and definitely my last time coming here. I found small pieces of paper towels in my drink. On top of that there was this small plastic piece. Worst boba place iv been to. Workers had nasty attitudes. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Bober Tea is a very cute aesthetic boba place with awesome study rooms! I love using it to study. This boba spot was pretty good when it first opened but I feel like it has gone downhill. The drinks are super sweet, with few being able to adjust sweetness. Their coffee drinks aren't as strong anymore either. It tastes watered down.They added blended drinks which is awesome because their menu has little selection but $9.70 for blended drinks is insane. That's more expensive than getting a smoothie somewhere else with REAL fruit. Bober Tea sure has gotten comfortable with making their drinks pricey, not taking in consideration of the economy and the young students coming here.They can make their blended drinks nearly $10 and can't clean or fix their bathroom? I've been here recently a few days a week to study and have been waiting for them to fix the bathroom but they continue to leave the toilet paper outside of the roll container, never restock the toilet seat covers, and leave their broken soap container on the sink with minimal soap inside it. There was also pee all over the toilet which luckily they had the spray in the bathroom and I cleaned it. There is nothing sanitary about this place. If their bathroom looks like this, I can't imagine what their kitchen looks like.Other than the aesthetic and a sugary drink, there is no point of coming here. Save your money and support another boba shop because they clearly do not care about their customers.

This place is amazing, for blogger and instagramer... you will be delighted how the have a place for ever picture you need to snap and promote their drink. I love their mochi, but the drinks, I more ice than the drink itself, I'm sorry, but, my comment compares to the other tea places I've been. The service was ok. They're just doing their job, and "let me finish my shift" attitude. But, if you really like to stand out with your pic, go at the end of the hall and you'll find a pink phone booth.

Absolutely love this place!!! Staff is so friendly and the place is always clean and spotless! Customer service here is amazing and they always bring a smile to my face. The way it is decorated it is extremely cute! perfect if you wanna take some photos. I highly recommend. I’ve never had a bad experience here.
