I ordered two whopper with cheese. When I got home the whoppers had no tomatos or catsup and no cheese. They just had lettuce pickles meat and mayo. Very dry. I was made because they charged me for the cheese that I did not get. And whoppers show that they put tomatoes and ketchup. I leave to far to go back. I didn't enjoy the whopper at all.

Hats off to the day manager here she's always understaffed but does her best to take care of every person. Need more people like her.
Changes are being made, nothing is perfect. The customer service is getting better and the food is better than other bk locations! I'm satisfied with my visit and will most definitely be back.
