I like Burger King but this place is not one of them. The workers attitudes towards customers is unacceptable completely rude. Messed up my order multiple times and are beginners learning to make food. I waited over an hour to get my food after they messed up my order several times. Won’t be going back here anytime soon. Worst service!

I went inside because I had a promo code for a free whopper. The cashier charged me for things I didn't order, when I tried to explain she kept cutting me off and telling me I was wrong and that she charged me correctly. Finally she figured out that she messed up, refunded me and rang it up again, only to still charge me for my "free" whopper. Total incompetence!

The customer service received by Lourdes this morning was trash . I'm horrified that burger king would employee such an ignorant employee. After getting my order wrong, and not applying my coupon , (first thing I handed her was a coupon) even before I was charged. Lourdes told me it's my fault go ahead and report her she didn't care if they fire her and then threw my atm card on the ground in the drive thru, threw my coupon back at me all wrinkles and ripped it and then slammed the window in my face. You guys disgust me with your service. Get better!!!!!!!!!

I try to consider the youth in training, also the learning curve. But with no rush , not busy. This time not looking into the bag. They gave our order two fries?. No onion rings that was ordered. Should have been one fries and one onion ring. If they weren't busy. Someone wasn't paying attention to detail. I'm not going back with Burger King for the rest of this 2024.

This place is the worst Burger King I've ever been to and earns this one star over and over. I stopped going here after I sat in the drive Thursday for 20 minutes stuck because the boy and girl employees were making out. We were all blowing the horns, and I couldn't get out because of cars in front and cars in the back.Then a year later, this Christmas day, I headed over for BK tater tots that are sooo good, that took 30min to get, again stuck in the drive thru for what reason idk. I was supposed to get other food at McDonald's for the rest of my family and missed the 1030am cutoff for Breakfast. This long post is only due to me never complaining over the many, many times this location has sucked. I'd give it a 0 if possible.

The absolute worst fast food restaurant in Stockton, Lodi, Modesto, Manteca & other close areas….i come to the drive thru for the 5th time & it’s only one car in front of me with NO people in the store & it took 10 minutes to get the person there food in front of me. This happens whenever I come here. I mean it’s really pathetic that’s why I try to avoid this Burger King even though it’s in walking distance from my house.This Burger King has been this slow since I moved here 4 years ago & how can this problem still exist for so long.

Yesterday morning I came in and asked if I could have the two for $5 Whopper Juniors. The lady said I can have the two whopper juniors but not two for five because it was too early. I knew she was lying so I left. But historically this Burger King is the slowest Burger King in town? Unless the Spanish lady with the accent is working at the window then it's really moving. But since I was lied to I'll never come here again
