I went into this place after traveling all day. I ordered a whopper jr and a small mozzarella stick, they made me wait over 30 mins for my order and when I asked why it was taking so long the associate and the manager had such a bad attitude and then ignored my questions n efforts to speak to them. The manager literally told me that the fact I requested the meat to be fresh off the broiler that my wait was my prob not there’s. She walk away and they even bumped my order off the screen so it looked like they finished it. When I did get the food everything was cold cold and uneatable. I have never experienced such bad service before. I’m at the Hampton inn for a few days since in here for business but I will not ever return to this bk nor will I recommend it. I don’t even know if this is a franchise or not but idk who to speak to in regards to this cuz even the receipt only has one number to call and it’s never even answered as I called a few times. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

When i ordered online to pick up in the driveway, ( i ordered 4 slushies) and so they didn’t give me my 4th slushy because they said “it didn’t come up on my end.. and so i had to pay 3-4$ on the large one…. i don’t like the service they’ve provide.
They discontinued three item I wanted. Italian chicken sandwich, and the server was less than pleasant when she told me they didn't have it anymore. I decided to eat elsewhere.
