Staff members were so sweet and showed a lot of hospitality. We sat in the far back, which has always been a spot since I was a kid. The staff would come and check on us and make sure we're OK or need anything else, which usually never happens in a Fast Food Restaurant.Carl Jr prices have always been high however now a days even McDonald's prices are the same. Trick is to use coupons or the APP. Helps you save a lot. Sorry, Carl Jr., for releasing my secret weapon to the public.There were plenty of parking and even handicap ♿️ parking spaces. Drive thru is pretty safe and easy to use.The location is known to have homelessness around the shopping center. Which isn't Carl Jr.'s fault. However, everyone should be aware of it for safety. So far, they only Pan Handal.Love this location, and tbh it's a fight for the top 1 with the other Carl Jr. on Hammer. Keep up the good work.Parking: There is plenty of parking in the area and enough room to back up and leave.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu and safe area for kids to enjoy their time. There is no playground on site.Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicap ♿️ parking in the area.

Food is served hot. Even the manager served us in our table and asked if we needed more than what we ordered. He also accepted 5 coupons (you can see our savings from the receipt). We went on Friday afternoon, but there are not a lot of people, so it's quiet.

I liked this local Carl's Jr. until recently. Unfortunately, the manager, Jose, doesn't care about his customers. I ordered thru their website for delivery. When Uber arrived, my order had mistakenly been given out to someone other than the Uber driver there to p/u my order. Apparently, per my discussion with Jose, it's not his problem & I'm not due a refund/replacement for a mistake made by his staff. I'm disabled & I do place food delivery orders. However, I won't continue doing business with this store-who can afford to pay for food they never receive? I urge customers to think about weather they can eat the cost of their order if Carl's Jr. makes a mistake. Jose wouldn't replace or refund the cost of my order. That's just bad business. Beware-you could pay for Carl's Jr's mistakes too.

For a fast food Diner I crave a Santa Fe Chicken Sandwich occasionally the only place you can get one is at Carl's Jr it's just the perfect chicken sandwich in my mind it's about all I have to say treat yourself try something new

We drove to this Carls Jr drive-thru today to use the "offer" we recieved via email from Carl's Jr: 2/$6 Panko Fish Sandwichs. We were informed at the window that as of yesterday, they no longer sell it. We were offered a 2/$5 double cheeseburger and learned (after purchase) it was 2 single dry-patty cheeseburgers with overpowering hard buns. Must say they were not at all flavorful or anything soft or juicy. The lady at the window was nice, but I did not understand that this was two small cheeseburgers and not 2 double cheeseburgers. Their "cheeseburgers" (at least that day) were not up to par with their larger burgers.

This particular Carl's has gone completely downhill! The height of lunch hour and no customers dining in except me.I can see why - you got Christina, who has zero personality and you got a terrible cheeseburger (2 for 5 deal) where the meat tasted like cardboard (what happened to the juicy charbroiled hamburger patty?) and the bun was hard as a rock. I sent the first cheeseburger back because it was cold. It shouldn't be because they weren't busy at all!Second time - just a tad better - the bun was softer but the patty was dry. Please don't go to this particular Carl's. It used to be good (and that's why we went there) but no longer. Staff isn't even friendly!Ramon - as manager of this particular Carl's, I suggest you do a better job with the food and customer service.

It's a coin toss. I order my food and ask for no cheese on my burger. Yet, I get home and there's CHEESE on my burger 75% of the time. It's never on the receipt either! March Lane is better.

The chicken sandwich was excellent. Was fresh and juicy. Almost $6 for a shake? For those kind of prices I'd go to Moo Moo's for that. (food was drive thru)
