I'm so sorry, I will not go here again. I went to the emergency room in the morning, and had to leave before my ultrasound results came back, cause I was hungry, and had to get back to feed my kids. I left around 6pm. It was a ugly experience ?. Now I have to go back there to get my results to take to my Doctor's, cause they have problems with Dameron as well. I live off Hammer lane, I will go the extra mile to the County hospital for now on. Sorry ?

My husband was sent to the ER by a doctor at urgent care because he had a temperature of 102 and blood pressure was 140/88. He’s been very sick with a really bad cough. The ER doctor had a chest X-ray done, but that was it. He basically told him he’ll be fine because he’s young and healthy. Then why is he so sick? My husband was prescribed albuterol and a cough suppressant which aren’t helping at all. He still has a fever and his blood pressure is still on the high side and it’s been 3 days since we went to the ER. Thankfully he has an appointment with his regular doctor.Because of lack of testing or concern my husband is getting worse. Definitely won’t go back to this hospital.Update: turns out my husband has walking pneumonia. Finally got some proper treatment from his PCP

Came here at 2:00 p.m. to have my dad hands checked because it was swollen it's 9:49 we're still waiting for the results. Blood work could've been performed before they have us wait physician came to see him after 5 hours. Now we are still waiting. Worse experience you could possibly get in this world. I'm a working class American it's not like I don't work 6am the next day?! Too many bad complaints the organization is terrible can't get their stuff straight!

I had surgery last week.. I had never been to this hospital so alittle scared but from the admitting till the release everyone was so nice and attentive.Tech Brian was so nice to me and my hunband and funny and keep me calm and smiling . Did not get their names but a lady that was running the surgery area and my recovery nurse was such nice people.Thank you Dameron your employees were amazing.

Dameron ER. unorganized, unprofessional. Inept. It was sad. I registered and then waited for 4+ hours to find out that I wasn't even on their list to be seen. Sad. As a Retired Registered Nurse, all I can say is don't go there. I went home and treated myself. My first two visits were great. The second two absolutely horrible. As an Ex Hospital Administrator. I am mortified that such lack of professionalism and patient care exists. How do you loose a patient? I worked ER for a decade. I've worked in Medsurg, Tele, DOU, Hospital Admin. ER. Never have I lost or forgot a patient? Does not make sense. I pray they get it together. Only one staff member introduced himself and he was above and beyond. Luis Mercado a talented PA. All of the other staff lack, sadly, knowledge, professionalism it is really sad that I see such a decline in my profession.

Love the care and consideration the healthcare workers give!!! So considerate, and constantly coming to check on you! Nurses and Doctors were wonderful, vand the FOOD! Healthy and tasty!

Good attention?

7 hour wait times. Staff is incredibly slow. Better off driving to Sacramento in case of an emergency.

Super quick to be seen. Less than an hour wait time on a Sunday evening. Doctor was quick to run tests and was engaged with one patient at a time which means that he only focused on me and would frequently come in to keep me updated. Frequently as in every 20 minutes or so. I was discharged with meds within 3 hours which is rare for most hospitals.

WORST quality care EVER ! To be specific, NURSE CHASITY or whatever from the 2ND FLOOR, the UNPROFESSIONALISM is REAL ! Been calling her since Monday for an update and EVERYTIME I called someone asked me to call back because she is unavailable! I been wanting an update on my dads health, I called yesterday same thing, today I called and someone finally answered saying they'll leave her a message to call back. she calls back, I asked her for an update on my dad she said she has to read thru the notes .... after her mumbling thru the notes she says hold on .... mumbles some more for 10 minutes straight I finally say, I think it's funny you guys have NO diagnosis while my dad is in the hospital for the past 3 days & she finally says" Oh well he getting discharged today " - anyway she called and instead of being ready to tell me something, she called and took her time look thru her notes for ten minutes and still don't know what the issue is ‍ Do not go here and avoid Nurses like Chasity because i know she was calling with attitude because she mad somebody dropped the ball somewhere to relay the msg of their shitty service. NEVER AGAIN

ER Dr prescribed a medication not covered by my insurance, pharmacy requested a new prescription and 3 days later nothing was received. I called and a very rude person advised the pharmacy needs to provide the options the insurance does cover simple request so why couldn't the Dr be bothered to pick up the phone and say that. Now here I am pregnant waiting 4 days for medication needed to help my baby. Completely unnecessary stress and avoidable Dr's think they're too good to complete a request.

Knowledgeable staff, cordial, helpful. We were lucky that it was not crowded in early afternoon so we were attended right away.

Believe the trash reviews . The ER is hot as hell, they tried to say they didn't have any wheel chairs for my mother who just had surgery and physically cannot walk(Don't let them push you around because I got a wheel chair), They triage you in the lobby with EVERYONE who is waiting . So much for patient privacy right? ,the ladies who check you in are so snotty . There was ONE male nurse who was so sweet but that was the only person who had any sort of bedside manner .

I'm freshly out of surgery and out of the hospital I was held in being that I left AMA, which was a poor decision of mine but I felt like I needed to get out of there so after experiencing pain being that when you leave AMA they don't give you any medicine or any kind of help I was starting to feel the effects of surgery after almost dying in a really really bad car crash and waking up in the hospital with tubes in my chest going into surgery for my leg with a broken hip fractured ribs in split chin. I explain to the doctor with my situation worse and that I had use some street drugs try to numb the pain so after he gets my ear and says back, he said through he comes inside of my dwelling while I was sitting straight up with a heavy dose of morphine shot in my ass clearly in pain still he yanks the curtain open pissed off at me saying that I had did drugs, therefore, he could not give me anything but the drugs he were accusing me of doing what upper not any kind of opiate downer nevertheless, embarrassing the fuck out of me and sending me on my way with a walker going I happy inch step literally staying not too far away from the hospital on in your street only problem was I did not know where to go because I've never been on the streets before I'm from the bay. The ER doctor is a straight joke, the asshole and needs to be fired for making sexual comments towards a patient that was gone in a way, but I witnessed her coming and leaving and him and his nurse talking nasty about her
