Love this place. Had it twice now and both times have been great. Not sure what's going to happen with the new lock down rules. Give it a try if you haven't already. You'll enjoy it.

According to this location's Facebook page, today was its last day in business. Sad for the franchise owners. All three Deli Delicious locations in Bakersfield closed about a week ago. Best wishes in future endeavors ;(

Every time I come here they are slammed and only two people working. 30 minute waits are the norm. This time I pre ordered an hr ago because Im busy . I get here and they haven't even started it. I only come here because of the location. Very disappointing

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICEI have ordered from this deli delicious location on Waterloo Rd three times. Two out of three times there has been issues. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and gave them a third chance hoping that the customer service was better this time around, I was extremely disappointed. They mixed up orders and the orders are never ready when they should be. This last visit on Oct 2 was by far the worst experience. I ordered through grubhub and the order was finalized at 12:30pm, it said pick up at 12:40-12:50pm, great I thought, wrong. The next email says it will be ready between 1:15-1:25pm. I got to the store at 1:15pm and waited for at least 5 minutes before I was greeted or even acknowledged by the two young women who were working there. Then I tell them I’m picking up my grubhub order and they rush to find the tag for the order. It will be ready shortly they tell me. So I wait. I witnessed a group of three guys stand at the register for 10 minutes before they’re acknowledged and then told that it will be a 25 minute wait to order. Just to order. They left. I continue waiting watching the girls rush to make orders. Finally my order is ready at 1:30, except I’m missing two sandwiches. So back to waiting as they scramble to make my two missing sandwiches. A little bit of customer service can go a long way, a greeting when someone enters is almost standard at any restaurant or store. Poor management is reflected by the lack of support staff on a busy day. This restaurant needs a lot of attention, the food was good but you’ve lost a customer already.

Took forever to get the food. Walked in at about 2:00 and they told me it would be a twenty five minute wait. Waited, food was alright but the poor workers were really getting backed up and I can't imagine what it would be like at rush hour.

Went there at 3:00pm and only 1 customer was in there. We walk up to the door it’s locked. A worker comes and says there closed after the 1 customer. Crazy because they close at 6pm. Just lost a customer.

Hours always unreliable. Store hours state open till 8.. come at 6, closed. Has happened multiple times, I recommend calling prior to making the trip to the deli.

This place gets some stars for their sandwiches(which are really good) but completely missed the mark with their customer service. I placed an order online to for "curbside pickup." Arrived at the location and called the store 3 times with no answer. I had to get down to pick up my order. The guy at the register asked me and the person in front of me if we were there for online orders and we both said yes. He said "for Stephany?" And the guy in front of me said no while I said yes. He then ignored me and proceeded to make the guys order that was in front of me while my order was right there ready to grab. He was also texting on his phone while ringing customers up. The phone also rang a couple times while I was there and they all ignored it. Either they need more staff designated to online orders or they need better training on time management.

I'm just a bit confused about what's going on we're told no cash due to the covid-19 and now we're told that their card readers out of service? I don't carry around cash and you think that I'm going to drive downtown to take money out of my bank to come back to order food? a lot of these businesses will be going down mark my word people like myself spend a lot of money at these places and then we're basically getting played about how we spend the money. I will definitely not be ordering from this place again I'll keep trying to place in Lodi

Greatly surprised by the amazing sandwiches we ordered from Deli Delicious. They were garnished generously, seasoned and for the price point, were very large portions. Really good sandwiches are hard to come by so I'm happy to have tried them and will only order my sandwiches from them from now on.

I've tried going here three times in the past few weeks to pick up and their website doesn't work for online ordering and they don't even answer the phone when I try to order that way either. I was on hold for over 30 minutes and never even got the chance to speak to anyone. Really should figure that out since it's an ongoing problem.

Perhaps it was the fact that we placed an online order 15 minutes before they close. I understand that that is not the best Time to place an online order, but in reality they were still open. We received confirmation that our order has been received and we paid via credit card. We were there in the parking lot when we place the order as we wanted to prevent going inside. Five minutes till, my husband went inside to get the food and was told that the order had been sent to another location that was impossible to get to within five minutes. We double checked our order and yes we had placed it at the right location. The entire experience was irritating and we will not try this location again. So disappointed. The next day we received the cancellation. LOL

DO NOT GO IN WITHOUT A MASK they will refuse service even if your online order is sitting there ready to go. They would rather argue with you for 10 minutes then just let you pay and leave, EVEN if you DO cover your face with a thicker cloth/material than they are wearing! Apparently there is only a certain kind of face covering that works. They are EXTREMELY rude! It would have been better to educate the customer, "hey, next time you come in we'll be requiring a face covering"...

Horrible experience. They were out of almost all of the fountain drink options and bottled drinks. Blamed it on the manager for not ordering supplies. Employees were rude and unprofessional. Made our 2 "large" sandwiches out of 3 small sandwiches because they were out of large bread. Also people were sitting on the counters hanging out. Never going here again.
