I would give this Domino's a perfect rating EXCEPT the parking is a nightmare depending on what time you go. The staff is always friendly, nice, helpful, and apologetic about the parking and it's not their fault it is horrific! Still, with parking so bad it is my favorite Domino's to go to just because the staff is so awesome!!! Good job... You guys make it worth while to come here!!!

I ordered the day before and was told the pizza would be ready by 2:30 the next day. I called before picking up the pizza at 2, and I was told the pizza was ready. When I got there I was told It was not ready and I waited 25 minutes. I was really upset because I was lied to.. Maybe if I order 2 days prior, maybe it'll be ready. Ordered 2 pepperoni cheesy breads. They didn't look at all like the commercials on TV and I counted 4-5 slices of pepperoni and 90 percent bread, maybe 10 percent cheese. I was not happy at all.
Ordered online for curbside pickup , waited a long time for our food then I asked one of the delivery drivers where our order was , turns out someone else drove up and said they were me and stole our order. The manager was super nice and apologized over and over and remade our order super fast and then gave us a free 2 liter of soda and some killer brownies for free!! I drove away a happy camper! Good job charter way dominoes!

Always disappointed even when i try not to be they always seem to not care pn how they make the food. The people who work at the charter way dominos really can give two pennies about people. Foreal they dont even try ive been to other dominos around Stockton and this feels like the worst one

Paid $50 for food and this is what i get. I called the location and the first guy that answered hung up on me. Rude staff. And the only solution was for me to wait another hour and pay the driver to get a whole new order.
