(2) I have ordered from this location in the past for pick up. They were understaffed (due to COVID?) and forgot the order. (3) when I went to order delivery, after taxes and delivery, the tab would be $70 for an extra large and 12 pieces of chicken. Too bad. I feel for the owners. They probably are paying a premium location rental, pandemic loss of manpower with increased services while trying to handle franchise fees/agreements expecting apps and advertising to work. Not looking good.

I recently came here for lunch since Domino's offered great coupons in the app. I utilized the Mix and Match deal for $5.99 each. I ordered the Italian Sausage Marinara Pasta, Honey BBQ Wings, and Marbled Cookie Brownies. The pasta had a delicious flavor, but it was a little dry. It could've used a little more pasta sauce. For the wings, they were okay. They were a bit soggy/chewy. Finally, the brownies were fantastic. For next time, I would request more sauce on the pasta and ask for the wings to be cooked longer for the added crisp.

Well zero stars are not an option so "one" has to due. So on a Friday night at 8:30 Domino's Pizza can't deliver pizza to my hotel room. I accidentally found a place called "Round Table Pizza" best pizza ever. Never going to call Domino's Pizza ever again. Thank you so much for your terrible service. Round Table Pizza blows you guys out of the water.

I placed a late order 2 pizzas, 1 order of bread bites, and 2 orders of wings (2 different flavors). That's a total of 5 items. 5 different boxes should have been delivered. I only received 4 (2 pizzas, 1 bread bites, and 1 order of wings). I called the store immediately and a girl answered. She told me she would fix the problem. She offered to remake them and have them delivered or store credit. I asked for the delivery time and she said another 30 min. At this point its 10:20pm so 10:50pm when they would be delivered so that wasn't an option for me I asked what's the store credit process, she then put me on hold and then told me she couldn't offer me any refunds and that I would have to drive to the store to pick up replacment wings. Why did I choose delivery to start out with? How does this even make sense? Just a few questions that came to my head. She couldn't answer these questions and placed me on hold again. A so call manager then got on the phone and explained I had three strikes on my account (heads up if you ever call the store to complain about anything even if it's little, they add strikes to your account and thats within your lifetime). I've been out of my parents home and ordering my own pizza for over 22 years now. So within 22 years I am on my third complaint (I can't even remember the other 2) so now I am no longer allowed to receive store credit or refunds. I told the manager that I was not lying and that I had door bell video that shows what was delivered. It's clear what he had in his hands and what he delivered didn't cover my entire order but no 3 strikes. My only option was to wait until 11pm for my wings to be delivered or call corporate. Obviously by this point I'm not going to feel comfortable with a replacement (they can keep their spit). When I asked the so call manager for the store number he said he didn't know it. What store manager doesn't know their store number. I Already emailed corporate screen shots from the video I will provide to them once they tell me where to send it to, to show im not lying. Why are we (the customers) being punished for dominos mistakes?

This Dominos should be more than a 3 star! I forgot to take a pic ! We ate the pizzas too fast ! Suggest to order online on their website Dominos.com for delivery (3.75 delivery fee .. worth it !) Marcus the delivery driver was pleasant and kept the social distancing . We got our pizzas promptly! 5 stars because of the fast delivery and the pizzas were hot and fresh !! I'll order again!

Had an offer on my account for a free medium pizza. So I checked out and then came across an option online to upgrade the pizza from a medium to large for a charge of $3. For some reason it would not let me change the order after I already submitted it so I called the store. I was hoping the store could allow me to make the pizza a large and pay the fee since I couldn't do it online. I explained to the woman who picked up the phone the situation and asked if they could make the pizza a large and I'll pay the fee. She then called out to another woman (the manager) to make the pizza a large. The manager decided that they couldn't do it since the pizza is "free" and they supposedly already put it in the oven. So I can hear the manager arguing back and forth about not being able to make the pizza a large. After it was all said and done I was unable to get the pizza, would never order from this location, and am disgusted at the lack of customer service at this location!

Just had my first ever pan pizza! I thought I hit the thin crispy crust button. When the pizza was delivered and I opened the box, it looked different ....sure wasn't the thin crust I'm used to. This pizza looked like it was made in heaven! It smelled heavenly, then I sunk my teeth into it and at that very moment, knew I would never go back to the thin crispy pizza again! Thank you Domino's! Thank you!

Hands down the best of the Dominos in Stockton. And it's been there the longest I think on Thornton even before Spanos was developed. Very solid store, excellent staff. Always professional and friendly. Never had a problem with the pizza

This place has really stepped up from the last time I reviewed them 5 years ago. I don't know if they changed their sauce recipe but their pizza is very good for the price! My favorite is their thin crusts pizza since I'm not a fan of thick bread. The thin crust is crispy just how I like it with the perfect amount of cheese and toppings! You want something different?? They also serve sandwiches which hit the spot! And dessert... yummy!

Whats going on with this location?? While food taste good, I am always missing toppings. I paid for double cheese, and theres barely enough to cover the pizza. I have a photo to prove this. Almost every time I order, there is something wrong. I wish there was another pizza place i could order from. This place takes your money easily, but cant take the time to read and create the orders right

Pizza is judged on 3 criteria: crust, sauce, and toppings. We ordered pepperoni and ham+bacon. The crust was kind of spongy and flavorless. Reminded me of cafeteria pizza I ate in the 5th grade- actually, I remember that pizza tasted better. The Dominoes pizza sauce was sparse and watery . The toppings also could have been a little more generous. There are so many better locally-owned pizza places in town and I felt bad going the cheap route and ordering this for my family. At least I know that next time it's worth paying extra for higher quality pizza!
