Love this place. Great food, great service, great people. The guy, Mark that left a 1 star review leaves a 1 star in every place he reviews so please don't believe that genius. But it's a great, clean spot with delicious food and outdoor seating. Also has the best Jamaica and their queso birria is bomb

I usually don’t write reviews, unless it’s a bad one, but I feel the need to write a review for Gallos Taco Truck, especially since most of the reviews are 1+ years old.I have been coming here for the past 2 years, every single week. Idk what this Cecilia person that wrote a review below me is talking about. Food is amazing, service is great, atmosphere is as good as it can be (it is Stockton, after all).The workers are super nice, and if you need extra salsa or limes, etc., they will provide.I usually get the tacos dorados, super burrito, or quesadilla. Chicken, asada, birria, and pastor are super good, and the horchata is amazing.Gallos Taco Truck gets a 5/5 from me! Anyone that disagrees can stick to nasty Taco Bell

Ok so I WAS A FREQUENT Gallo's taco truck customer, up until this Sunday ; I tried to purchase 3 Asada tacos con todo , and a Burria queso . The lady Ringing me up asked me for 25$ !!! For 3 tacos and 1 Birria queso !!?!! So me being me , I'm like fuk dat ! I cancel the Birria queso and the lady NOW ASKS ME FOR 7$ ??!! I pay my 7$ and vowed to stay the hell away from Ol 'Gallo's Maggot Wagon. So I'd advise everyone to avoid this " CLIP JOINT " without us this establishment can't survive AVOID GALLOS AVOID GALLOS ITS A PRICE GOUGING CLIP JOINT .

I found this food truck serving authentic Mexican food in the parking lot of Marshalls. The taco prices are very competitive. They also put tables and chairs under trees to enjoy the California weather.The carne asada tacos were delicious and not oily. They did not skimp on the meat, which is a plus.The service was very friendly and appreciative of my business. There is adequate parking, so that is also a plus for those looking for a quick meal aside from a drive-thru.

GOOD Tacos de lengua and tripa are hard to FIND. These are the best tacos of those meet choices that I actually enjoy. Service is okay.. the reason for my 4 start is due that there's barely ANY cilantro in the tacos & onion are diced too big.

Since I have parted ways with what used to be my fave taco truck I have been searching for a replacement. Today I tried the Al Pastor Tacos at Gallos Taco Truck located on March Lane in the Marshall's parking lot. They were very good, fresh and flavorful! So much so that I plan to go back for more of those tasty tacos and also try a couple other dishes. I'll update in a couple of weeks.

finally checked this truck out today & i was surprised . i always see it but i never stopped by & tried it . i love how they still have $2 tacos . i ordered 3 steak tacos & i got hot salsa instead of mild . because they were out of mild salsa but no biggie . honestly the tacos were really good actually . the steak was seasoned well & that hot salsa was good & spicy if you like heat . i forgot to take a photo of the tacos otherwise i woulda posted those too . i will be back though for round 2 .

I'm from San Jose so when I seen the opportunity to try some local tacos from Stockton I had to. I was at the kfc and asked the workers if it was legit and they said it's worth a shot. For $2 each I was like why now. It was fast, maybe 4 minutes to get my tacos and they came out hot. The outer taco was crispy. I wish I got more tacos or even the burrito, next time I'm in town I will try it. This was in the plaza with the kfc and lowes. Sad part is now I want to try the burrito.

The 2 recent reviews I am very confused about, because I am a regular there and the meat, tortillas and quesabirrias are always top notch. I go for lunch there often and my boss has hired them for various lunch events cause their food is good quality. Yes they do not have quesabirria sauce, but their other salsas are great. How about y'all give a fair review? And not use your day's or weeks irritation to take it out on a review/food? Anyway, Gallos Food Truck food is top notch, my favorite thing to order is the Torta Gallo and quesabirrias!
