I ordered my food on line thru drive thru they didn’t have it send me to the side to pick up waited over 30 min they los my receipt and order gave them my copy and still had to wait another 15 min… no apologies for the wait

Golden State Restaurant Group has terrible customer service ever since Craig Shrader took over from his dad. All he cares about is money and could care less about customer service. Today they closed the Waterloo Rd. location but didn't bother to lock the doors or put up signs - they just let people sit in the drive thru and walk into the restaurant then got pissy because they walked in. Their excuse? We don't have enough employees to staff the store. Maybe if you paid more than minimum wage like Taco Bell next door to you (which had my order out in less than 90 seconds) you would have reliable, friendly employees.

I quit McDonald’s back in October of 2020 and I have yet to receive my W-2’s. I can’t access my account anymore and the GM from the store I worked at can’t do anything about it. This place sucks.

I used to work at a mcdonalds and i needed to get my W2s i didn’t receive them in the mail, i couldnt access my work portal anymore as it was deactivated when i quit. I went there two days ago and waited for their lunch break to be over but no one ever showed. Any time i called i wouldnt get an answer and so i went again today i got a guy that just said “just log into your account :)” even after i explained that i can’t. The Stockton golden state restaurant group is absolutely useless.

Last week was our first time we came to that restaurant. But It is absolutely not the last. We enjoyed the evening a lot with the courteous service, with the fine cuisine and fine drinks and with the modest pay. We will surely visit there in a short time.

McDonald's in Cali just suck! I've never had this much problem with McDonald's before. No sense or urgency, no customer service, can't hear orders correctly, can't read the screen properly, ... Do I need to say more?? There's always something wrong with the gotdamn order!

This company is a joke they bait and switch on employees. Promise promotions then never give them to them. Their “hotline” is a joke nothing is done they cover up for their managers and allow it to happen.

Some places really do need an update but I wasn't impressed by the ambience of this business but the food was delicious maybe we could get the atmosphere to be just as good if you feel different let me know
