Extra crispy chicken always good but chicken tenders a bit dry. Love the French fries & my granddaughter loves the mashed potatoes & gravy. The new buttery biscuits are good. Girl at register very friendly. What can I say about atmosphere . . . It's a fast food joint!

Ordered at the drive through around 8 o clock and the wait time was pretty long just to get my food cold and nowhere near freshly cooked. There was no line, just me there. Ridiculous, $24.14 and it was not my money worths smh.

Had the chicken wraps for the first time. Terrible! I ordered the just chicken and lettuce. They made them with pickles. I dont care for their pickles flavor. Nevertheless, i ate the wraps minus the pickles. Had to drown them in bbq to mask the lickles flavor. The tortillas were either stale hard or over microwaved hard. None of this was the kids fault who took my order, Brandon. He was extremely polite and made sure to not only take my order correcy but also relay it to the assemblers. Still, they got it wrong. No more wraps for me from there. Going to Burger king for their wraps. Sorry Colonel, the King has you beat on that one.

HORRIBLE SERVICE LIKE OMG. we called to order and then the person who answered the phone, said that "she don't give a f-". All i said was hello. What professional employees this restaurant has. Also when i called again to speak with the manager they told me that the manger had killed herself and told me to go kill myself. Unbelievable.
Went to the drive thru last night at 8:55pm for them to say their temporary closed while the cars in front of me got food. There open sign was still on they don't close until 10pm I drove by the window and the employees were looking over laughing it was so unprofessional.

Don't do the drive thru at night, the Customer Service is HORRIBLE.The young Asian kid told me, everything was in the bag, I checked, no biscuits???The two girls supposed to be helping him, are just Lolly Gagging, doing more kaking than work, that's why my vehicle and another, waited, over 30 minutes in the pickup zone for our food.This store needs a new Owner or Manager???

This Kentucky fried chicken is the worst Kentucky fried chicken ever! I would never ever recommend is Hammer Ln., Kentucky Fried chicken to anyone at all. It's dirty inside where the food is cooked and the chicken hot wings is way too hot, overcooked and way too much batter. They are rude rude rude!!!!!!! I gave them one star because it wouldn't let me go forward, but they don't deserve one star
