Hands down best food truck for tacos de tripa (guts) in Stockton. Vicente is a great guy and makes sure you leave happy with your order. His food is made fresh, and the flavor just hits differently. I strongly recommend it if you love tacos.

Food is amazing and the guy who owns and runs it is so nice
Maybe I caught it on a bad day but besides being quite large the burrito is not good at all it was extremely Bland and tasteless with terrible cuts of meat inside of it covered in fat and Gristle. I'll try it again and see if maybe it was just an unlucky break
