My food tastes as If it has been sitting longer than it was aaposee to but the issue is I typed to pic up. My order and they refused to give it to me even after I put in the correct code fr the self pick up box. Like I wasn't me.

Hot and ready is what they provide here. Customer service is great and the food is cooked very good.The location can be packed at times, so order in advanced it my suggestion. Or check Google for their busy times.They do have pan handlers outside their building, which makes the experience awkward. However, I do see security removing when caught.There's a lot of parking, however it can be packed. Becareful parking and leaving. Not everyone is an expert driver in this location.

We preordered our pizzas 4 hours before pick up online and when I arrived at the time to pick up was notified it was going to be a hour to an hour and a half more wait because they were trying to get the orders for online and in store done by the staff. They were very courteous about it and didn't get upset when I requested to cancel the order.
