11/16/2023: I was craving Filipino food, so I dropped in to Manila Foods. They have a lot of dishes to choose from, but I went with the 2 meat/rice combo of kare-kare and chicken adobo. The chicken adobo was average. It didn't have the sour vinegar taste I crave. The pieces I got were minimal - half a drumstick, part of the back, the tip of the breast, and a gizzard, which I do not like.The kare-kare was made of pork shanks - a big bone surrounded with minimal meat and the skin....read full review
This is the place to get Turon! I heard folks drive from San Francisco and San Jose to pick up party trays. They have the secret sauce to Turon. It stays crispy and won't get soggy. It even stays crispy the next morning. The folks at the potluck enjoyed it, and my boys could not stop eating it. Thank you Jesus!

Services: Pretty goodI normally get their combo pate with half rice, pansit and chicken abodo. DELICIOUS ?I've also had their fried banana, pork skewers, chocolate meat (pork & pork blood), intestines stir fry, stir fry bitter melon and eggs, crispy pork belly (chicharon) & halo halolumpias - it's okay... Not enough meat to meI've tried so many different foods there and for the most part, they're pretty good.
