We had a great dinner here tonight. We ordered the Brookside roll. We shared the Katsu dinner and had some miso soup and salad that came with it. It was awesome food and we had great service by Arlene. We would totally come back.

Hours show open til 10pm. Tried to call at 930 to place order no answer. Are hours updated? My fave sushi spot, especially because they were open later than everywhere else. We need late nite places with good food.

We made a reservation the day after Thanksgiving and had a party of over 20 people. They let us rearrange some tables to accommodate the whole party. During the whole night, our glasses of water was never empty, which says something about the service. The food tasted good and overall had a great experience and will definitely come back.

Pretty much all the bad ratings are due to previous ownership!This place is under new ownership started early 2023, and with it's owners on site daily, and seem to really care about their business to provide guests authentic Japanese food this place is easily 5 stars. The new Masa is a easily a top Sushi option in Stockton, and if you live in Brookside this place is a no brainer! We ordered Nigiri Omaska as a late night snack. Not only was tasty and the fish were fresh! It was a great value coming in at $35 for:6 piece of Nigiri4 piece of Sashimiand 6 pieces of Hamachi Roll Really looking forward to dine in with the wife for a full meal. Can't bucking wait. Keep up the good work Michael and Jessica . I'm rooting for ya.
