I asked for a plate. Just an extra plate (that I would have paid for if that was the issue). I have a young child in the car I was sharing a Breakfast Platter with. I was hit with a very rude NO and was waved away while she turned around. Uhm, its a PLATE. Im not asking for extra sauce without paying, no free food, not even extra napkins. At least the food was hot to burn her lap ??

Was a bit of a wait, but understand why. We ordered 100 mcnuggets and 7 large fries. They came out hot and fresh, the kids loved it! 8 boys enjoyed their McDonald's like it was the last meal on earth!
Update: Monday, January 15, 2023 PMThis is two reviews one. First, I ordered DoorDash delivery the other night from this McDonald’s and it really got screwed up…the whole order was wrong. I complained. Somebody noticed because a day or two later I received a call from Samantha who is, I believe, the daytime manager. She offered to remake the order.I took her up on that offer tonight. I went into McDonald’s with a print-out from my DoorDash order. They made the order and everything was perfect! Quarter pounders with cheese were made correctly and the McNuggets were fresh and hot!I appreciate a business that stands behind their products and takes care of their customers like this.I know McDonald’s gets a lot of bad mouthing. But I find that you ask for the order to be cooked hot and fresh, it is actually good.Thank you, Samantha for making it right.I am a happy customer!———————-Update: Wednesday, November 1, 2023 PMWent here specifically tonight for McNuggets. Very disappointed! I asked for them to be cooked hot and fresh and I think they were but they were overcooked, dark brown, almost burned? I should’ve complained but I didn’t. I ate them in misery. Different crews run the operation differently. This was not a crew I was familiar with.Better luck to me next time if there is a next time!_______________Update: Tuesday, October 24, 2023 PMI needed to get my McDonald’s fix tonight. I used the app and got the deal… 20 piece McNugget and a fry!I asked for both items to be cooked to order and they were! Hot and fresh!McDonald’s food is actually tasty when it’s hot and fresh. Once it cools off it has been sitting around for 15 minutes it’s no bueno!I was still hungry after my McNuggets and I had a code from the survey…buy any sandwich get any sandwich free. So I used it on a couple of fish filet sandwiches. Again, cooked to order. They were cooked fresh and hot, the bun was steamy and soft. Quite tasty. Only thing I noticed the sandwiches have gotten quite small! Tiny! And the price is now $5.39! A great example of shrinkflation.Come on Ronald…either make the sandwich affordable or increase the size. You can’t have both.This particular McDonald’s has an awesome crew in the evening. Yes!I stop here frequently to pick up a large decaf in the evening. Normally I get good service but if JENNY is working, I get amazing service. She is an awesome manager.If they don’t have decaf or if it’s been sitting there a while she will see to it that they make a new pot!And then I had my 10 creams! Lol—————————-Update: Sunday, September 18, 2022Typical McDonald’s. They don’t listen to what you request when you order. Tonight I wanted chicken nuggets. I wanted them made hot and fresh. I specified that when I ordered. One container out of the three that I ordered was made fresh and hot. The other three containers were taken out of a warmer drawer which pissed me off! I paid good money and I want hot and fresh food. Is that so hard to comprehend? I don’t want my hot and fresh food diluted with lukewarm food!Other than that the employees were awesome. They were quite busy. But yet they were friendly and congenial.I guess McDonald’s is back to their one dollar any size soda. My large Diet Coke was only one dollar. And yes, McDonald’s sodas do taste better than normal sodas. I guess it’s the water and the stainless steel syrup tanks.I’ll probably go back here but I will definitely specify how I want my food and if it’s not made correctly I will take it back and asked for it to be replaced!

Did the drive up, ordered and paid. They sent me to parking spot #5 where I waited for my Quarter Pounder w/ cheese and my grandsons Happy Meal. 15 minutes later, I went inside to get my order. It wasn't complete. I see the Happy Meal sitting there. It's obviously getting colder by the minute. Five minutes later the Quarter Pounder goes in the bag, and now they are both sitting there getting colder by the minute. I ask if that's my order and they say no, it's for parking spot #5. I tell them, I just told you that I've been waiting outside in space #5 for fifteen minutes. They eventually gave me my cold food. I took it home and my grandson took one bite and looked at me like I'm crazy. He just cried himself to sleep on an empty stomach. I paid $15 bucks for this? Do you think anyone at this establishment cares? No, silly me was dumb enough to give them my money. Not again.
