The food seems to be rushed and bland. At times, if you're lucky, it comes out really good. It depends on the staff there that day, sadly.The area is full of homeless and pan handlers near the drive thru. Makes getting food awarkard.I have a lot of times where my order is wrong, so check it before leaving. Unfortunately, I had to get an argument with management about my order when I had proof of what I ordered.Other than that, on a rare day, staff can be nice and get things right. McDonald's will always be McDonald's. The prices have also increased that mainly dropped my rating.

I ordered 2 hot cakes and sausage plates. I asked to make sure I had butter and syrup because they have not been giving it lately. The girl said it was in the bag. They gave 1 butter 1 syrup for 2 orders of hot cakes. It's ridiculous to not get condiments for the items when you ask!

Believe me when I say this your guys are are something special day and night crew not only the best in business In the state of CA but nothing against the rest but you guys here on Pacific Ave is the best in the country by far great service people skills restaurant always nice and clean that's exactly what makes it so much easier choosing you guys as my #1's Ty for that keep up the good work I'll most definitely be back corporate please give this crew here on Pacific a bonus or raise for doing what they do best keeping customers happy/satisfied always with a smile on their face while doing it free from wet spills sign is out so never fails nice/respectful staff:)
