I ordered online and when I got there for curbside pickup, they took 25 minutes to make 2 McGriddles. I went in the store to ask nicely and they ignored me.

Mobile ordering is so slow....... Close to 20 min wait . Really need to step up their service. Only 1 other mobile order besides mine.
Tbh idk why I even come to this location, the past handful of times I've came here , and through a period time it has gotten worse, they mess up on simple orders and the line with will take sooo long even when there is barely anybody in line, and orders are even messed up when you order through DD and probably whatever else app for delivery.

Glad I read reviews of others before we stopped here. I checked our order before leaving the counter and, sure enough, it was missing the hash browns. Otherwise fine, though a bit disorganized.

I've nearby this McDonald's. Pretty much every time we go there there is always something wrong with our order. Today we ordered 2 McDoubles with no mustard and added Mac sauce and lettuce. We paid extra for the added stuff. We got home to find out the 2 McDoubles with no cheese and plain burger. I called immediately to leave a complaint. I went back later with my receipt and the labels from our burgers to show what they did and what we paid for. The manager was rude and never apogized for the mistake . All we get is a credit if we go back. Don't go here if you can help it.

Stuck on McDs drive thru for 30 minutes because no one took the order on the left lane and only the right lane was moving. The person infront didn't say anything and obviously waiting. At least 10 cars passed us up. The car in front of me decided to just took off. I decided to get their attention and no one responded at the intercom. Pulled up to their window and told the cashier that no orders were being taken on the left lane. She took my order. Got my order within a minute at the second window which was great. But this what happened the last time, some man cussed me out cause he thought I took forever to order but I was waiting for someone to respond to me.
