My sister and I came today to try the cinnamon bites, unfortunately we were not satisfied. We tried one and simply asked if we could get a refund or exchange it for something else. The supervisor Susan was rude. She said she could throw it away and give us 10% off another one. On top of that the employees are not following correct health procedures. One of the employees had her hair down. I will be calling both the Heath department and the better business bureau.

I love this place. Who doesn't love cookies, ice cream and/or pretzels? I often stop by to grab a lunch snack while shopping at mall. Their pretzels are much better than the "Auntie" pretzels and Mrs Fields has a much better variety of things to choose from on menu. They are also freshly made throughout the day. The cookies are also delicious and they have a huge variety, not just chocolate chip or oatmeal. They have some with different frostings too and a few months ago I ordered a custom birthday cookie for a party and that was a hit at the party with the children.

I was helped by a nice lady with rose gold hair 05/12/19 at 3:40pm I asked her if there is any pretzel dog bites she check and told me theres enough left for an 8 piece she rang me up and she went to get my cup to fill it in. Another associate a shorter guy jumped in front of her grabbed the rest of the bite and gave it to another customer and then rang her up. The associate with rose gold hair apologized for his behalf and explained to me its gunna be a less then 5 min wait for more i told her i was on my lunch and that I would like my money back. The shorter associate then lied to me and said it was gunna be a "less then a min wait" I am upset that the shorter associates didnt give me my money back but instead make me wait and wasted my lunch and then try to charge me again so i showed him my receipt even though he saw me pay with my card and heard my order. The associate with rose gold hair did everything perfectly fine and she was awesome !

Ordered a cookie pizza for a work anniversary. Cookie was not so great. The order was not correct, they added some artwork on the cookie realized it wasn't part of the order and then wiped it off. Except there was a huge stained red mark right smack in the middle. The cookie was also brick hard! I felt so embarrassed offering this as a 40 year anniversary desert at a work setting. Will not be a returning customer.

Made a friend's day with their mega chocolate chip cookie. Service was nice and not to busy for Valentine's Day and being in the mall. They have day old grab bag for $5.99 a great price. It has a couple of the mega cookie which are $4.09 each and some smaller one. They have lots of sizes and will personalize them for you if you like... But I am not much for frosting on your cookies. They also have double cookies filled with some type of frosting or filling... They also are TCBY Yogurt and a Pretzels shop...

Literally the worst customer service, I went out with a younger sibling to the mall and she was craving a cookie by the smell of them as we walked past so of course she said she wanted the small chocolate chip cookies they have and she just wanted two, so I asked how much they were and the girl behind the counter helping us gave us the price for the 12 and 24 pack and I guess the dozen was 5 and some change (of course not expensive at all) and obviously I wasn't going to by my 11 year old sister a dozen cookies to eat on her own right? So I asked her if they did individuals and Rudely she said "no, I mean it's not a lot of money." Meaning that 5 dollars wasn't a lot and I'm not sure if she was trying to indicate that i was being stingy with my money because with all honesty I just wanted two small cookies, she could've kindly offered another option and I explained to her how It wasn't about the money it was about the fact that i wasn't going to give an 11 year old a dozen cookies BUT WAIT, there's more, so I end up just ordering a chocolate chip cookie and she tries to act d*** not knowing what I meant, so already at this point I'm irritated, because I've been here before and the other younger girls are SUPER NICE I LOVE COMING here and stopping by when I do some shopping but I guess this girl was having a bad day or something because she was horrible at giving first impressions since I've never even seen here there, she was the Asian girl with like rainbow color highlights and blue or purple contacts.

The owners name is Susie, and she was very hostile towards me. After this story I shared below, I went back and told my store manager and my manager went and spoke with the Susie. She was also very rude to my store manager. We just wanted corporates number but we learned that Susie was the owner. I've been coming here for years. I work in the mall and on my 10 minute break I decided to go here for some small pretzels. What happened to be the owner, asked what did I want. Not even a greet. I asked for a small pretzels and because I'm a member I received a discount. All I wanted was some small pretzels that came to 32¢ with my discount I had. I gave her my card and in such a rude way she said “I'm not taking that, you need to purchase 3$ or more†ok not a problem I said. And I asked for a small lemonade..After I payed I asked for cheese and in a rude tone she said “Cheese is extra honey†Me thinking it came with the pretzels and I laughed and said oh we could've used that to help make my mea 3$ worth. In an argument tone, she said “Did I not ask what else you wanted†and I said I'm sorry, I thought it came with the pretzels. Then she said Um no. My idea was just to do a refund so I can buy some cheese as well. then she told me to go back at the end of the line. I refused and said no, I'll just get the refund instead. I don't want my meal and just my money now. She was able to refund me but then asked what cheese I wanted. I told her none, I just want my money, and she said I can't do that. I said yes you can. You can refund me and charge me cheese but you can't owe me my 3$? (Stupid ass)I asked her why she was being so rude and she said “If that's what you think I am, I'm sorry honey that's your fault†she said I can't refund anybody but I'll do it just for you and slammed down my credit card on the counter instead of handing it to me.. Take your business to wretzel pretzel!

Picked up some pretzels before heading home from the mall. We were sitting & eating them when we got home & my boyfriend spit out a piece of plastic. I called and asked to speak to their manager and they don't have one on duty. Very sad to see how careless the workers are, we probably won't be coming back.
