Recently went to Panda on Trinity Parkway plaza treated us rude not nice we went to Panda Pacific Stockton very nice clean and still served us at 8:30
Honestly. The good is good and the service is USUALLY GOOD. I ordered on doordash for a pick up tonight. We went inside and sat down and waited... The girl dropped my small side on the floor (after it was already closed) and picked it up and still gave it to us. I watched her pick it up look me in the eyes and put it back on the counter and let the other girl bag it.... WTF. That's actually so nasty. Still used the same gloves to box up other food as well after picking something up off the floor.

The food fits the 'bill' and tastes satisfactory. The training of staff for register declined as a plate and side order (as in large order of fried rice) has been separate charged to my take thrice now. If the side was a main dish of chicken, beef, shrimp, or similar, it wouldn't be unexpected. Yet the combination plate is with a side and the pricing on the display outlines that cost exactly. I'm tired of this and going to get Chinese from the place on Wilson way again and not Panda Express anymore.Parking: This is located on Pacific Avenue across from the Delta Community College. It's on a large commercial shopping mall lot which allows for a large area of parking. It's a busy place with Spout's Market, BestBut electronics, T-mobile, Macy's retail,Golden One Credit union, Homewood retail, and a Starbuck coffee.

Panda Express has grown on me. When I first tried it, I wasn't impressed. Maybe it was the location. The Stockton location has good food for a reasonable price.

I've been there a few times and it has been ok but this time it was unsatisfactory. I ordered a bowl with fried rice and orange chicken and instead received a bowl with fried rice and hard, dry, lumps of tan "chicken". I honestly don't think I will go there again and don't recommend it to anyone. The only reason they even received 2 stars instead of one is because there was a long line that moved very fast. However, I would have preferred a slow line and better food. Overall, I consider the 2 stars generous.

I order food from this restaurant and when I get here to pick up my order was giving to some else when I ask for the manager she say that she's the manager and can do nothing about it so she when to the register and look for my order she tell my order and I confirm and she told yes door dash pick up the order and I ask how then she just keep ignoring me at this point I just walk out no food and no money back if I could I given 0 star just for the nice costumer service never go back there

The food was decent. Only came because the place I wanted to go to was closed. The food was decent, restaurant was clean, and the service was good despite the place being crowded for the dinner rush. Got the String Beans w/ Chicken, Honey Walnut Shrimp, and Chow Mein. Not my first pick, but edible and satisfying.
