Here's the problem: So many people come in and take advantage of the free Wi-Fi that paying customers do not get good seating/ tables in the dining room. I understand that there's a college down the street but if you shell out over $20 per meal that should be worth something, shouldn't it? Cordon off a section where the non- paying customers sit and a separate area for the paying customers. It seems like they value the non paying customers or should I say freeloaders more than those that pay.Vegetarian options: You have to ask what is and what isn't.

The food is delicious, but all the staff is very rude, every time I come I think that they will take good care of me but no, they get upset when you ask them what you need, they throw it at you or they turn around and ignore you, I think they should To improve in that aspect, the dining room is almost always dirty, you have to clean the table. I don't know if they pay them little and that's why they have a bad temper, because the food is expensive.

THE FOOD IS SO GOOD AND THE ATMOSPHERE IS SO COZY I WISH I COULD GO EVERYDAY, anyways its really amazing, the food is wonderful and the Flatbread imo is 2nd to none, i highly recommend this place to anyone who wants slightly healthier food thats just delicious and amazing in so many ways, the drinks are good aswell, though over all it could be a little expensive to some, either way worth it once in a while.

After this year alone, I don't think I've poured into a business more than I have with Panera! The variety of the menu and perks of the rewards app def keep me hooked!!This particular location I frequent quite often because it's most convenient for me. Most of the staff I encounter all the time are always super sweet, super kind and pleasant As probably one of the most popular "fast food" places in town, it's certainly understandable that they are busy often. My issue isn't that the wait-time for food can be long at times ... because that's normal and will happen everywhere...I just wish I could trust and rely on NOT hoping I'll have to unfold the avocado slices of my sandwich in the first few paper-folds of me unwrapping my sandwich..... :/Like probably... 9/10 times I Can accurately anticipate receiving a sandwich or food that looks like it was tossed... stuffed... smashed together and sloppily prepared. And then having to try and assemble it back together every.time... it just worsens the mess & makes for an unpleasant experience :(If my schedule will allow.. I'll even take the time to drive out further to a different location in a distant city where service is consistent because I know I'm bouta eat some bombbb foodAnddd my modifications or whatever were clearly noticed ..It makes the world of a difference and I swear... the food tastes waayyy better when you're going somewhere you KNOW you can trust!...I know the kitchen must be slammed and super determined to get the food to the customers as soon as possible-- that is so appreciated But what would make it better is if there was consistent time and care and thoughtfulness in preparation of the foodI don't really find the issue at an specific time of the day.. I think they are pretty much always concerned with speed,But I would just really love to see the kitchen being more patient and gentle with themselves on handling, preparing and packaging up the food before it leaves the line. Other than that though, the customer service is good I always enjoy seeing familiar faces from time to time.. and sometimes they'll even give you a cookie if you had to wait super long for your food

Every time I get baked goods, they're inconsistent. Sometimes, the bagels are small. Sometimes their burnt and crispy. Sometimes the cookies are hard. The workers seem nice though

What can I say but delicious. My family loves Panera. This location stays busy. Service is quick & friendly. Menu always evolving. So many selections to satisfy your taste. Order in App, Self Service Kiosk, Counter, Drive-Thru, Drive Up, Dine-In, Carry-Out, Catering. Panera takes service, performance, quality of products to the top. Some of my favs are bagels, sandwiches, salads. Breakfast sandwich was delicious.
