Every time I come here, and I come here every month around the same time and sometimes twice a month, I always get 2 pizzas. One with red sauce (no matter what it is) and one with white sauce (I can’t eat the red sauce). Literally every other time I get pizza from this place, they have red sauce on both pizzas. And every time I order a pizza WITHOUT the Roma tomatoes, they ALWAYS leave them on there. And today (4/12/24) went and ordered 2 pizzas, one papas all meat (everything the same) and one 5 meat stuffed but with white sauce instead of red and add mushrooms. Guess what they didn’t do? They didn’t exchange the sauces and never added the mushrooms AND STILL CHARGED FOE THE EXTRA TOPPINGS. Never am I ordering from this place again. It’s annoying, irresponsible and honestly I could have died. What if I was allergic to the red sauce? You couldn’t know that. So as I’ve stated, never ordering food from here again.

They messed up on all my orders over the phone. Then tried to only give me 25% off on 1 pizza when it's 25% off on the whole order. The lady said I have to call my manager . I said go ahead and call your manager March Lane give 25% the whole order. And the lady had a problem with takeing off the pork and replaceing it with chicken. Never coming back here again March Lane site is much more respectful.

I have been to this place before and we have usually had pretty good pizzas. Yesterday evening I made an online order, Arrived when told it would be ready. They were not busy at all, yet our pizza hadnt even been started. The woman working literally threw the pizza together, ignoring our request for extra sauce. It was made so badly I had to re arrange the clumps of toppings. It was edible, but Im not so sure we will order there again.

For some reason they are not taking orders online or by phone for the last 5 days. This place used to have great customer service and excellent quality but over the past two years it has gone downhill and fast. I'm not sure if it's the age and lack of experience in the employees or if it's the lack of training. Or maybe they just don't care but I've had multiple problems with this place for quite some time now.

Told bro that was working I wanted a garlic bread pizza wit my cheese and bro gave me ranch on pizza bread like I hope he was high cuz that's just unusual and had to just remake the pizza myself at home cuz I live to far to return
