Our first time at Pho Binh Minh medium sized restaurant. The seating not too crowded. My lunch buddy had Shrimp Fried Rice. I had BBQ Chicken with White rice. It came with a dipping sauce that was out of this world. My taste buds were the happiest ever. Lunch Buddy's fried rice was original flavor too. What a great find.

We came here because Johnny Wokker's next door was closed. We had to look at them to get menus and again to order since they were a bit occupied. The restaurant was also musty, like warm inside and little air. It was odd because the hallway to the restroom was not that musty. As for the food. It was pretty good. My partner really liked the meat plate he ordered. Good flavors. I thought the pho soup that I got on the side could have been served hotter and with more flavor. The egg rolls were fine, but a little tough. My biggest complaint was the pad Thai, which was more like a drunken noodles, given the level of spice. The default spice was super hot and not for those weary of spice. The cherry boba was also great. However, I do not like that this place does not give an itemized receipt, especially since the price I was charged for the boba was different than what I saw on the menu.

Anyone That Is Looking For Brill Spicy Mongolian Beef This Is Whereit Me Soft Tender Spicy. The prices are supper reasonable. The gentleman that is normally there has amazing memory on what you order in great customer service.! I recommend this place. It's a pop shop a hole in the wall.

My new favorite soup from here is the Bun Bo Hue. It is spicy and the flavors are so much more complex than Pho. I order it more than Pho now. I've had it at many other places in Stockton but this one is still hands down the best Bun Bo Hue in town IMHO. I especially like the shrimp cakes in it. I prefer the Pho noodles over vermicelli noodles in my soup.

Lady extremely rude and threw bag of food I ordered on table instead of handing it to me. She also stayed listening to her show while customers were ordering food. Will not be back due to her customer service.

This place is amazing, my boyfriend and I love coming to this pho spot . Anything we have tried on the menus is delicious and the tea is delicious as well. The utensils are in a container out in the open but if that’s something that bothers you simply bring your own, I don’t understand the Karen complaining about it. As for the service they’re attentive and sweet the owners are very nice. I enjoy that they’re not over bearing they let you enjoy your food in peace. This is the only pho spot my boyfriend and I go to and will continue to go to.

Love their pho, the broth is absolutely perfect for me. My usual is #8 and honestly, it's so warm and homely. I don't live with my parents anymore, but it really brings me back home to my mom's own beef or chicken pho - whichever one she was feeling that day.I also really love their shrimp and pork spring rolls. To me, it's perfect and the sauce paired with it is so good. Always a must order even if I don't have room after pho, I like to take it home for later.Staff working there is also attentive, nice, and it's very welcoming.

Place is nasty. Eating utensils in open dirty metal containers where who knows touched YOUR spoon/fork, etc. Containers for condiments nasty. Ask waiter to clean; his reply we do at end and walked away, WOW!

Great foods , I got the seafood noodle pho , man very unique , the broth is tasty , not like other pho restaurants you taste MSG , thick. This here was light, and the noidles were yummy . Also, the beef chowfun was delicious , and they do offer fruit tea special drinks . If you are around in this Walmart plaza , check em out , quick service , friendly
