Honestly this place was amazing. Recently has been trash. Long wait, cold food and the GM making the same excuse in all comments. This place was soo delicious back in the day. Now the management has failed tremendously. Came in and they told us it was a 30 min wait at open because most employees weren't there. Only 2 tables seated??? So sad.

Stopped here while passing through after a very long weekend event. It happened to be Mother's Day so we were concerned about restaurants being overrun. We were able to create a reservation an hour in advance of arriving. Food was consistent. Server was excellent.

Pros: Great place for date night. The food & drunks are really, really good! the staff is great and helpful ?. And they have clean bathroomsCons: The lighting is dark unless you sit by a window. Some of the seating it old and uncomfortable.

I’m sorry, the experience i had with this restaurant was horrible. Me and my family went in to eat, no one was there to guide us or to greet us. According to the set up and all that, we genuinely thought this restaurant was modest. Yet I saw no modesty. We had to find a table ourselves and got looks from almost everyone around us including the staffs. We kept it light and we were smiling still, however a man came in in a few moments and told us that it was his table. Granted that it was our fault that we didn’t see he left a pair of glasses on the far side of the table. But at least the waiter should’ve said something! I’m sorry, we were already enough embarrassed but the waiters then started laughing at us. Tell me why we deserved such treatment? We were still respectful and I walked out of the restaurant with my family. We deserve an apology for this type of behavior. Also, never coming back.

This ONE star is ONLY for Britney !Britney was the only person working hard doing everything she sat us down gave us manuals. She was the only one cleaning up all the dirty tables set up all the tables took care of whatever we needed. Our waiter, Daniel was nonexisting!! Terrible customer service! The restaurant was sadly dirty and smelly. We remember when you first open, we were there as your loyal customers.The kitchen, the chef were the worst! How could any Italian restaurant run out of lasagnas??The calamari was so bad, oily, disgusting and tasteless. The The batters was coming apart. My Pasta Milano was a disaster!Hardly any chicken and a few little pieces of chicken was so dry the pasta, so hard the whole dish was dry and tasteless! It is a shame to see this nice chain restaurant ended up like this !!

Service- decent service but with the busy crowd we waited for a long time to get seated and served.Ambiance was familiar and homely. Regular patrons who were addressed by name by the employees supported that.Food was overpriced. Flavors fell short on both dishes. I was surprised that the spinach was thrown in to the mix without chopping it down into smaller pieces. The five dollar price tag on the added shrimp was overkill. The shrimp amount in the shrimp dish was as unjustifiable as its $22 price tag. The only good thing was the unlimited bread and balsamic vinegar + olive oil combo that reminded me of Bucca Di Beppo but even that was old too. All in all nothing stands out about this spot but it was nice to check it out for the first time.

Awesome job there , I wish I would've tipped more now that I think about it.We ordered spaghetti and meat balls , salmon w/rice which was good but the salmon dish could've had a little more rice.Appetizers were good we had mac and cheese bites and a buttered bread with diced garlic tomatoes, and we tried the blood orange cocktail w/vodka which was great. Voodoo ranger beer from tap was good. A Pepsi and a water.Overall was good, food not so big portions for main meal for price but delicious food. It was really dark in the restaurant which I thought was weird. Air filters above us for air conditioning were super dirty which was a big turn off.Will be coming back someday. Thanks

Worst place ever. When I walked in something inside told me to leave, not sure if it was the decor/ smell or my waitress's non welcoming attitude. Against my better judgement we ordered food.Started out with the calamari, portion was super small and the texture was extremely rubbery.I made my own pasta dish it had pesto shrimp garlic and mushrooms. The pasta was a very weird gummy texture shrimp were rubbery as well. The pesto sauce was like water and did not even stick to the pasta.Horrible food, staff was not very friendly. The place is dark, they need to let some natural light in and update it. A table next to us was talking to a staff member about how busy the place used to be...... hmmmmmmmmm

It’s probably been close to a decade since we’ve been to Macaroni Grill. I don’t know why. It just kind of sits forgotten on the corner of Robin Hood and Pacific Avenue.Tonight we were out to change that. I signed up for their app and received an email for $10 of a purchase over $30. With prices at restaurants now, that helps!The restaurant was about half full on a Saturday night. Ryan was our server. He was also the bartender so he was quite busy!We started with an appetizer of fried cheese and roasted brussels sprouts. The fried cheese was good…the brussels sprouts needed a little more time on the grill.I ordered the all you can soup for an additional charge. I had several bowls of the lobster bisque. Note that the lobster bisque is on the thin side but tasty. And the so-called bowls are quite small. But it was good.For dinner my son had the fettuccine Alfredo with salmon and I had the build your own pasta with salmon. Both were very tasty.Ryan did a great job. He kept us updated on our order and kept our drinks filled and kept the endless soup coming.I am sure we will be returning soon.All in all it was a good experience.
