Rose Tea Lounge is my favorite tea place in Stockton. I can't say enough good things about it. The decor is super classic; black and white with clean lines and a beautiful mural. They have the requisite neon sign and greenery but I especially love their seating. Stopped in here with my husband to grab some milk tea on our way out of town. My husband ordered the Tiramisu Vietnamese coffee and I ordered the Black Sesame smoothie. Both drinks were great. Definitely worth checking out if you are nearby.
