My daughter enjoyed the vegan PHO which the owner really takes pride in the tears and sweat that is put into this particular menu item. I ordered some spring rolls and lemon grass chicken. food was tasty. Once we sat down then more people started arriving. Received food in a timely manner

I moved away from Stockton about 8 years ago. Every time I return, I eat here. This is probably my favorite restaurant ever. The owners are so friendly and they'll remember my order, even if I haven't been there in over a year. Crispy Tofu! They also have amazing desserts! Sometimes we'd go in and try to get takeout and they'd convince us to sit down and have our meal there. It was almost like going to a parent's house.

We have called them over 15 times and also order on doordash and they canceled our order without asking us. Hasn’t pick up there phone at all very bad service and the woman i’ve talked to was very rude and mean

Okay first off, customer service is amazing! So genuinely friendly, very welcoming and helpful. We got some of their free beers with our purchase and it was definitely a treat. This vegan pho was pretty good but only had 3 pieces of tofu, which is why I gave 4 stars and not 5! The tofu with green onions was so GOOD and CRISPY. Absolutely delicious. I had a great experience and will definitely return when I'm in Stockton.

Benjamin is the owner manager of Saigon. He's outgoing, customer driven and and has figured out how to run the restaurant during Covid. I call in my order and pick up. Pick up is brief. I love the food here and I try to plan my visits around visiting Saigon. I live in the greater Sacramento area.

This place literally has THE BEST TOFU EVER!!! The vegan sliders! hands down one of the best eating experiences in stockton! This is the first review I've ever written too lol so that says a lot! Check them out ASAP

I've been seeing people post about this place on a bunch of vegan groups I'm part of on Instagram. I have been wanting to try them for a while and finally decided to go yesterday. I placed an order over the phone to a lady who answered. She was very helpful and kind. She mentioned how the two dishes that I ordered are two of their most popular among the vegan selections. Awesome. The food was ready within 20 minutes. When I walked into the restaurant the first thing I noticed was how big and clean it was. Unfortunately the lobby is closed down due to Covid, but that was to be expected. I was greeted by a lady and then a gentleman walked up with a friendliest attitude to greet me, take care of my payment, and bring me my order. He took the time to offer information about where they get their food. He welcomed me to the family since I am a new customer and offered a side of zucchini noodles to go with my curry dish. He also took the time to explain the best way of going about eating some of the items, which definitely proved helpful to me to pinpoint the flavors of each item and appreciate them more. I've never had someone take the time to have a conversation like that with me, so kudos. Now as far as the food goes, I received it hot and fresh. The portion sizes were big and everything was cooked to perfection. The price was fair for the portion sizes. The flavors were absolutely incredible. I was so excited for the curry dish because the place I used to buy curry from got shut down. I have to say this place definitely won me over. Now the crispy tofu was a dish I added on because I keep seeing people post about that one more than anything ...and now I know why.. it was so freaking delicious. I went to take a sample of each dish in my car just to try them with the intention of eating the rest at home, but I ended up sitting in my car for about a half an hour picking at the food until I was full. Lol! That's pretty telling. Overall I had an absolutely great experience and I will definitely be returning and recommending this place to others. I'm actually bummed they're closed today because I would have eaten there for the second day in a row :)
The vegan pho here is amazing! The broth is SO flavorful. It normally comes with zoodles, but I got the rice noodles instead. The tofu was lightly fired & delicious. The gentlemen I picked up my order from was super friendly. Definitely coming returning!

Saigon on the Miracle Mile is, as Tine Turner sang, "Simply the Best." Bravo to the whole team. The food is delicious and the service in the pandemic is caring and courteous. We had the crispy shrimp, tempura beans and chicken Pho. Each was fresh, tasty and garnished with Zoodles. The owner is a Pacific grad who loves Stockton and the Tigers. Do yourself a favor and frequent Saigon On The Miracle Mile.

Saw the reviews on Yelp and decided to try it out. GREAT customer service ( actually Amazing) Friendly and very informative. Helped us decide what we wanted and added some of their awesome Zoodools. The Bbq and vermicelli noodles with the egg rolls were outstanding. The Crunchy Tofu ( a MUST try) and vegetables ( fresh) I highly recommend this establishment, and definitely those running the show there are awesome.

The review is for the pho. The broth doesn't have your normal pho flavor. To me, it has more of a beef stew type of broth flavor to it. The proteins that comes with the pho leave so much more to be desired. You get like 4 - 5 piece of meat. I understand this place is a small business but during this time people want to get the best bang for their buck. At about the same price point I can get bigger portion of everything pho at the other saigon with a whole bunch of meat to go along with it. If the broth was amazing, i could over look the meat portion but it doesn't float my boat. The service is amazing though.
