Terrible experience. My barista served people that ordered after me first, and took forever to make two simple drinks. And I had ordered a Frozen strawberry acai, which is super good but by time I got it, it was melted !! Never going back, They should be ashamed.

I walked in to the 121 Lincoln center Stockton ca Starbucks it's a Starbucks that I know it's clean and nice but today I was very welcomed by Ajah and Aidan, they both have uplifting spirits and professionalism!!! Even under a difficult ordering situation with my coworkers both Aidan and Ajah were able to defuse the stress and got the orders down!! (Even with many changes that kept happening to the drinks)I want to say "Thank You" to you both!! I so appreciate you guys and everyone loved the drinks!!! This is a great place to get your Starbucks, especially if there working!!!

went in on christmas day and it was 2:42 and the website as well as the door said closes at 3pm and they were already closed as i seen the manager leaving as soon as i pulled up

After ordering was waiting yet didn't even know our order was ready bc the barista just was putting cups in tge counter not even saying names. So people were walking up looking at the names on the orders to see which was theirs. The store wasn't even that busy. Ordered a hit tea and grande hot latte, yet when I got the latte I could tell it wasn't a full cup bc of where the heat stopped on the cup (literally was a HALF full cup). So I opened it to see the other half of the cup was full of whipped cream. Had already left and was in the car or would of went back. Maybe the staff needs more training. Won't be back again.
