Always understaff, takes a long time to take my order, staff looks at me and still doesn’t take my order, never in stock of their foods, takes long time to make drinks and give me my food!!!! Not satisfied!

Go here on my lunch break I'm in the line of the drive-thru which is extremely long. I proceeded to order a impossible breakfast sandwich and then wait in the line for about 20 minutes only to be told that they were out of them if she would have told me that they were out of them while I was ordering it I wouldn't be hungry and late for work! This location has really gone downhill and I will not be back!!!

Treat time. Usually when I visit a Starbucks location it's more of a treat to myself or to us later in the car and making the visit. As usual most Starbucks ego to have an extensive weight line in the drive-through. Depending on the situation, I will also utilize the pick up at the counter option. There's no waiting in line if I have the extra time to go inside. and most of the time most of my visits for example, at this location, the experience pleasant or if I don't have an interaction with anybody it's pretty seamless because my orders already ready on the counter. I like to check out locations to see if they have their seasonal cups in different designs, or if I'm out of state, I look for there specialty Starbucks State cups. But this was a nice location to get a nice self treat.

The coffee and snacks here are great, however the gay male African American blonde hair waiter was definitely hitting on me and flirting with me which made me very uncomfortable. Im a heterosexual male with a girlfriend and this shit made me so uncomfortable. he did give me a free drink apparently but I didn't even thank him. I don't want to get political here but I did not like his vibe around me, I suggest they use a new person as a cashier. I was tempted to floor it out the drive thru once I got my drinks and leave.

I actually really like this place and service was great but I was so disappointed with my drink. They literally overfilled my drink with a lot of ice even though I didn’t ask for extra ice.

Morning service is fast and friendly. However, anytime after noon, my experience has always been poor: small lines but extremely slow service, misplaced tickets, drinks in the wrong queue, too much personal conversations between baristas and not enough attention to detail. I dread stopping here in the afternoons.

My wife's drink everyday supplement, this being one of the spots that hasn't done us wrong in couple years. So tells me they're doing things right and usually not long waiting periods when line is long somedays.Dietary restrictions: You can be specific, down to the 'T'...
