We been driving for 4 hours and decided on some coffee and catch up with family. First the doors where locked and had to be let in and multiple other customers as well. The girl that helped us was super rude and pushy she had long black hair she looks like the shift lead. The vibe was way off at this location. It almost felt like it was a inconvenience to pick this location. 2 of Our drinks were made completely wrong. I was disappointed in this Starbucks and how they handle customer connections.

This is hands down my favorite Starbucks to stop at ! Whether I’m on my way to work or just need a little pick me up! The employees are awesome here! Highly recommended in my opinion:)

My husband ordered our regular coffees without knowing they stop brewing our blonde roast after 10Am. Well, he put the order for DT, but we ended up going inside. He mentioned it to one if the baristas and gave them his name, she said they'd start working on it right now. We waited forever. We don't enjoy hassling employees because we've been on that side of the table, so we gave them their time in case they were behind. But our order never came out, another employee asked us if we were waiting and told her the situation, and she let us know that they're out of the blonde roast. It was only frustrating because if the first batista let us know, we could have adjusted our order, but she didn't. We were able to order blonde roast espresso, and did receive some pumpkin bread which was nice. But after driving off both of our drinks tasted very different even though they should have been the same. My husband's has more coffee flavor and mine tasted like steamed coconut milk and no coffee. It's a bit disappointing. But at least the pumpkin bread tasted good.I'll more than likely not be back to this location.

I work nearby and visit this location multiple times per week. The baristas / employees are always so friendly, service with a smile. Charter Way area gets a bad rap at times; this Starbucks location is clean inside with excellent service.

i did not visit your location so i dont understand why the survey was sent to me. i will never spend i a dime at starbucks, especially knowing you support the genocide and massacre of children in PLAESTINE, by the APARTHEID ISRAELIS.
