We have been coming to the UOP Starbucks almost daily for at least 3 years. Sam, Darrylynn and Robert are very friendly and greet us by name. They know my usual order and sometimes have it typed in by the time I reach the register. It can be crowded when students are between classes, but the line runs smoothly and quickly. This location is very clean, bright and airy. Outdoor seating is a plus. We are UOP alumni and will continue our visits to Starbucks after our daily walks through campus.

From the time i walk through the door, i felt welcome.The staff was very inviting & the service was professional .They Made my drink just how i like it.

The baristas were amazing but the supervisor this day was rude when I asked that the drink was made wrong after she had said it was too many details. I showed her the photo and she didn’t even look at it and placed my order. Thank you two the two girls working who reassured me and made over the drink with a smile, you are the reason it was enjoyable.

I went to this Starbucks because I go to this school and when I'm here it's more convenient than going to another location. The drinks are more expensive than other Starbucks locations and the staff is REALLY RUDE. I ordered an iced venti double shot expresso with vanilla sweet cream foam filled to the top they charged me for my drink and I proceeded to wait. When ROBERT a bald older white looking male, gave me my drink it was halfway full and I asked him if he could please fill it to the top in a polite and normal voice as this is not an issue, I just wanted my drink to be fixed and made the way I was expecting it, after all, I did pay $4.58 for it. He told me it's already double of what goes in it with so much attitude and was talking s*** to his coworkers in my presence all because I asked him if he could please add more vanilla sweet cream foam like I had originally asked when I ORDERED MY DRINK. He also wanted his coworker to charge me an additional $1.50. I drink Starbucks sometimes 2-3 times a week on my way to work at multiple different locations and it's NEVER been an issue. I work in customer service and even if Starbucks is charging more now if you want extra of things there are ways to approach situations. Tell me when I ask you not as you're making it. Why are you so mad about extra vanilla sweet cream foam????It's people like him who should not be working in customer service all he does is give Starbucks a bad reputation, if you don't like your job QUIT. He's just out here dampening people's day for no reason. I definitely recommend visiting an alternate location.

Starbucks inside University of the Pacific, Wiliam Knox Library! Absolutely love the fact that they added Starbucks. Not all foods they serve are good but I highly recommend Cheese danish and everything bagel! The staff is very Casual and friendly :DParking: Parking is very difficult to find because it's on campus and people usually walk to it.

This is located on the campus of the University of the Pacific. They are very nice and accommodating in here.My go to on campus and pretty much anytime during the work hours. Plan accordingly because it’s also popular with the students as well.
