I always get white mocha frappe from this starbucks and never had a problem with it. Today, I got the same one and they made a white choco creme frappe instead of white choco mocha frappe. So i kindly asked them that the drink I asked for is white mocha frappe, and the guy was like “yes, this is white choco frappe, you asked creme based“ which didnt make sense, bc I ordered MOCHA which is a coffee based, and the guy was keep blaming me that I didnt specify if it’s either coffee based or creme based,,,, hello…????? IT IS THEM WHO MADE THE MISTAKE AND CLICKED ON THE WRONG MENU,,, it was such a bad experience today… the cashier girl with the glasses on (asian girl) need more training.

Jackie is amazing. She was so welcoming and very energetic. You don't find a lot of people who look like they enjoy where they're working but you can tell she enjoys it. I wasn't having the best day but she definitely made it better with her bright and positive attitude. Thank you Jackie!

I had no idea what I wanted to drink I just know I wanted a strong coffee and Ellie helped get me the perfect drink. A couple suggestions and I left with my new go-to drink. It also sounded like she actually cared about helping me find something I wanted and she was sooooo sweet/patient w my lack of knowledge. Will def be coming by more.

Why does this store closes at 730? Don't think people work late? People getting off at this time and just want a refreshing drink? Wack as hell for closing so early and on a Saturday at that. Guess the Dutch Bros a block over will just get my business!

This is the slowest drive-thru Starbucks I’ve ever been to. And I’ve been to a lot all over the US, Europe, and Asia. And as a former Starbucks partner/barista, I’m also a little bougie about how my drinks are made… in a dozen visits to this location, I’ve not left with a good drink.But I can live with all that. I rate this location so poorly because 3 times now, one of the baristas’ intense perfume wafts through the window and slams you in the face. My cup for my drink smelled more like perfume than coffee. And for that reason, I won’t be back to this location.
Stopped there yesterday with my mom on my birthday. Always nice and quick. Good service, and good people. Still can't figure out how I know one of the baristas... gonna have to go back and find out. ☺

This is the worst Starbucks in town. Ever since they opened. Tonight was the last straw and now I'm Yelping. We had to go in the drive thru because the "dining area " was closed. We ordered a beagle and cream cheese then switch it to a cake pop because again they had no cream cheese then I ordered a grande black coffee and they told me they were out of coffee because they close in15 min and it was only 7:00 pm and the closing time seemed to change with the weather. So they offered me an americano and I said ok that's fine , only to find I got some dirty water masquerading as an Americano. And this will be the last time for me at this location.

I want to like this location since it's so close to home but for the life of them they can't make drinks the way they are supposed to be. I get dragon drinks regularly and the ones made here taste sour and flavorless. 3 times I've had to dump out my drink. Yes I could've gone back to have them remake it but it would just be made funky tasting again and the amount of time you have to wait in line there is terrible. Unfortunately it's not worth the wait and the money to keep coming to this location
