My caramel frap sometimes its good sometimes is flat and flavorless mostly everyone who works at this Starbucks likes to have an attitude idk why except for this older lady who works there could be my grandma now she gets down when she makes the drinks!! Shes my fav person i wish she was always there tbh.

I am saying this in the nicest way, possible that this place is horrible. The service sucks here so bad and you always have to wait super long to get the simplest things. They really should have more people there or maybe even people that aren’t half asleep. They really need to update what they have there on the window so I don’t have to be waiting in the line like an idiot to find out there is no pastries. And that’s another thing if you want anything other than a drink, do not go to this Starbucks because they will never have it. They’re service is horrible. Once you clock into work you should not be having attitude with the customers it is rude and unprofessional. Overall if i could give this place 0 starts i would.

Hit or miss! My frap tasted watered down so i let them know. One staff member remade my drink but it seem like she had an attitude.... The drink had spilled all over the cup and the top was not close correctly and instead of her cleaning up the mess she made she gave it to me to clean it and try to fix the top.

Sometimes when I and my dad go over it's nice we don't have a problem with them very sweet people I meet we always get a smile and they make the drinks amazingly they are all sweet when I go some have attitudes with the customers but we appreciate them for not giving us attitudes

If you want the best street burritos then go to Starbucks and I do recommend the one inside Safeway on Country Club Blvd and they also have very friendly service too and also very friendly people too and also very fast service too

Me and my husband bought a medium coffee and by the time we walked to our car the lid popped off and spilled all over my husband. Lid wasn't properly on prior to being given.
Come in the Saturday before super bowel to get a couple of last-minute things for the game in Safeway. Thought I would stop and treat myself to a coffee. One of the girls working there was very rude. She did not make my drink right. When I asked her if she could remake my drink, she told me that she had already made it the correct way. I felt like she was blaming me. This is the same drink I order every time I go to a Starbucks but this time it did not taste right. I did not have the energy to argue with the girl and decided to just leave. I ended up throwing the drink away when I got home.
