According to their menu at drive thru they charge nearly 7 bucks for a cup of soup. Not sure if that's an error with their drive up. It might be because I've tried to order a single footlong that came out to nearly 30 dollars. They have gotten my drive through topping wrong in the past as well. Be careful to pay attention to prices when ordering here.

I went to four subways in the past two days looking for a veggie patty. This was the first one that wasn’t out of them. Three people came from the back to speed up the service . This is probably the nicest subway I have seen and it has a drive thru.Vegetarian options: Veggie delightVeggie pattySalad

Being that they moved into a new store you would think that they would follow the orders in drive thru and make the sandwiches like you ask. But no something is ALWAYS missing from my sandwich. It's getting annoying. All I want is to eat something at work and not have to add what I asked for at work. Must pay attention to what people order and stop being lazy. Drive thru

Worst sandwich ever . Got a spicy Italian footling that had 3 slices of pepperoni and two salami. Subway is trash now . Garbage business with rude employees

It’s the drive through, simply. I feel this is an all time high of “I don’t care about the customer” at this location and it has nothing to do with the people there. The people are on it, polite and well spoken.They squeezed so much building on to this property they forgot people actually need to access it. 10 parking spots and a drive through meant for motorcycles. At this point this is my last visit as I am sure to scratch my work truck and get fired over a sandwich.I’ll grant you I am unsure if Subway built the building or developers and they lease, but it is not an excuse. Also, there is still an empty space for another company to come in lol, that’s greed.

Shawn white for lunch almost everyday. The service is great very friendly good service its our go too lunch break. We were very unpleased to see what I assumed to be a inspector of some sort cross contaminating the food while wearing gloves she held a tablet in her hands and was picking threw all the food as she was holding the tablet and touching the screen at the same time. She was also seen picking up other items around her adjusting her bangs and touching the food without changing her gloves or washing her hands before continuing to touch the food the whole lobby was thinking how disgusting as she was very unprofessional and judgemental to the staff who are great at changing gloves and taking food safety precautions when she came in with very high expectations considering it was their busiest time of the day and we thought she was rude when she herself was the only one we saw not following precautions !!! Other than that we love Travis's subway and think this issue should be addressed if we hadn't already got our lunch we would have turned around and walked out !!!

The drive thru sucks, I went today to get a foot long turkey sandwich & I added avocados in my sandwich. Which you pay extra for the avocados. Turns out when I got home, my sandwich didn’t have no avocado, mind you I paid the extra for it. The one who helped me was an Asian lady with color contacts. I ended up putting my own avocados from home & extra mayo like I asked through the drive-thru. I asked for it to be extra heated because I’m pregnant & I need it to be cooked. It was cold. Be better please

Sorry but if you put lipstick on a pig it is still a pig. The food and service are still less than desirable. I can not get my sandwich the way it is ordered and the quality is awful.The new building is nice that the only thing going for this location.

I came through the drive thru & ordered 2 sandwiches the toppings were wrong, the portions are off & the ingredients are not fresh. When I called to have my sandwiches remade,they let the phone ring 5 times & didn't answer. So I drive back 10 mins to demand a refund just to find out the employees are high on the job. I am so disappointed. The older women gave me a refund & cash when I wanted it back on my debit card.she claims her register isn't working correctly. And she didn't want to give me back my recite so I'm sure it's in your trash can. I've never had service so poor in years. I believe some workers at this location need to be retained.
