I got a 6 inch all went well till I got to half of my sandwiche there was a hair in my sub I almost threw up ? the guy saw me and when I told him there was a hair in my sub he asked me if it was short or long I replied to him it was short he just looked at me and it was not mine I have long hair and it's pink the hair on my sub was short and curly but he's reactions was like he was used to getting complains really nasty ? please be careful

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst location I've been to. I truly believe the good reviews on here are fake. Won't be back I'd rather drive 15 extra minutes and go to the one off of 99 with the drive

This location is an embarrassment to the entire Subway chain, and because of them I will take my money to Togo's, Firehouse, or any other chain but Subway. I ordered a sandwich from them through the Subway app and when I arrived they had closed early and refused to make my sandwich. They claimed to have "processed" a refund and said it would take 5-7 work days, but after 16 work days no refund has posted to my account.

I repeat don't eat here I order a foot long from them last night an when I got home an ate it not to long after I threw up the whole sandwich an by the time I can go back they were closed soo I came today an the lady with the Crocket eyebrows was rude and unpleasant and unprofessional an I literally had my receipt to prove I was their an she was rude an had attitude an I didn’t receive a refund not even a sorry she was rude an was like well you didn’t bring the sandwich back like how was I supposed to bring it back when you guys were closed an then she tried to play dumb as if I didn’t have the receipt an continued on with her attitude an said rude things soo please don’t eat here

Went in there yesterday for a pick up order after work... had a turkey sub and was delicious until I saw half of a cockroach in my sandwich! I immediately called to report the incident and speak to the manager for a refund as I was completely disgusted the lady that answered the phone asked me if I was sure, and told me they do not have cockroaches. Which obviously they do! Manager was not in,there was no resolution to this incident. Never will I order food from here again!

This Subway location is a great place to grab a quick sandwich or bowl of soup for a decent price. Fast service and short waits most of the time. Some of the sandwich makers could definitely be a bit more friendly and courteous which is what prevents a 5 star review. Would recommend a stop here for a quick lunch to go or a dine in with friends.

Ordered my sandwich online for pick up and when I got to the shop my sandwich was ready. It was made perfectly the way I had ordered. At other shops they forget to add the avocado when I order it but I was relieved to see it was in my sandwich at lunch time.

Terrible customer service by the MANAGER not the employees. The manager was super rude and hung up on me when I had an issue with my delivery order from here. Wish I could choose which store to order from with delivery because I would definitely get my food from the subway that is a little further away (Subway on March lane is much better!)
