KC, just want to let know that whoever the young girl you had managing your business today was very unprofessional and wasn't prepared to open business. I have a young child & wasn't going to have her wait until she felt like coming to the front. I offered to pay but she refused and called security. In situations like this there should be a manager on duty but unfortunately there wasn't and could of be resolved better with someone that knew how to communicate better without an attitude. This young girl was mixed with colored eyes and braces. Will not be going back to this location again! This location doesn't deserve a star at all!

I went to the tutti frutti in the Sherwood plaza on 7/11/23 and I was greeted by a very rude cashier also had to wait for her to come from the back to the front to pay for my order I then sat down and enjoyed yogurt with my family only for an elderly woman maybe 65 Plus to come in get her a little ice cream have a little hard time getting to the cashier only to have to yell for about 5 minutes for the little girl that was working there to come to the front as the curtain was half drawn you could see she was playing on her phone and then when she did come to the front she pushed the curtains open violently stomped her way to the cash register and said "ANNND"to the lady. After the lady had been screaming hello hello for like 5 minutes and then the lady looked over at me and said "she's back there playing on her phone I'm in a hurry" my response to the lady was "I know she did the same thing to us!" And everyone that came in had to wait for her to come from the back get off her phone to be able to pay for their stuff and they had to stand in line 2-8 minutes just to pay for it this is the worst service I had ever experienced in my life I won't be going to tutti frutti anymore I guess I'll be going to boba from here on out I don't know if y'all have cameras and you're sure would plaza in Stockton California tutti frutti building but the young lady that was working there yesterday was the rudest I've ever encountered in my life

Took a group for a fun outing. The girl working behind the counter was in the back on her phone a good 5 mins while we were looking at the flavors. When she finally came out there was no greeting or welcoming smile. The place is very very unclean!!
