Absolutely the best brewery here in Stockton! Delicious food, huge portions, friendly service, and excellent outdoor seating! Irish Stew was incredible and the Cheeseburger and fries were amazing! A great place for a group or family outing with the ability to make reservations a huge plus! Can't wait to return again for another fantastic meal!!

We're here for a college baseball series with Pacific and a few parents joined us at Valley Brewing. We tried a few of the beers, the variety was perfect for all of us. Berry was my favorite. My husband and I had lunch and his gumbo was excellent; exactly what was expected and really nice flavor. My burger was excellent. The best, juicy, cooked as requested burger I've had in a long time! If I lived here, I'd be a regular. We missed getting dessert. The little pies looked awesome, but we ran out of time. As has been mentioned by others, the service was outstanding. To mention it all; I loved the building too and the ability to eat inside or out.

My girlfriend & I were in town to see Bert Kriescher & were looking for a quick bite & drink before the show. We came across Valley Brew on a busy Sunday evening. The vibes were vibing for sure. HUGE thank you & appreciation to Lonnie who was super helpful, informative, hard working, & his beer pours were amazing! Genuinely rating this place 5+ starts solely on Lonnie's service. He took real good care of us!

The Wayland burger has been the best burger I've had in years. The fries are delicious. You can order them in a few varieties. I prefer dark beer so I ordered their stout and was not disappointed. The waitress' and the bartenders are patient and fast. I love how many tv's there are and the seating is diverse. Bar, tables, and islands. Didn't have to wait long for my food at all. Thank you Valley Brew for the great food!

Good food, good beer and cocktails in a great location near the Miracle Mile. Parking can be a bit of a nuisance but it's still a good place to hang out and watch sports. Service is always good. Can't go wrong.

I had a wonderful time and I fully expect to return and add back that last star.I came here to celebrate a new job and ordered the NY steak sandwich with a pink lemonade. The sandwich would've been better with slices of meat instead of the whole chunk of steak. The fries were fantastic and I really liked their ranch for dipping. It was a mild spicy in house ranch that I highly enjoyed. The service was fantastic! The drinks were never empty and the food came out in a timely manner. It's a nice mellow atmosphere that would be a cute dinner date. I really wanted to get one of their mini pies but I was absolutely stuffed and had no room. ? Hence hopefully I'll be returning soon for just dessert!

What kind of a person working in the kitchen would dare to serve a customer the sandwich I had, and charge me what I was charged? I saw that there was a BLT on the menu, with avocado added was an extra $2.50. I asked the waitress if I could sub avocado for the bacon, and she said yes. When the sandwich arrived my eyes alone told me this was not a sandwich I was going to enjoy because it was served on very small, lightly toasted white bread. As I bit in, I again realized that I was not going to get pleasure from the sandwich. There was very little lettuce, tomato sliced wafer thin, and the avocado sliced so thin as to be negligible. I bought the same sandwich for my friend, and we both agreed that I was one of the most over-priced sandwiches we had ever eaten, with little flavor and no content. The amount of sandwich was the type I might pack in my first grader's lunch. ( I had 5 kids) The worst part was, that I was charged for both the BLT and and the extra avocado. After I had a mild argument with the waitress, they did take off the +avocado charge. I do have to say, others in our group had food that was tasty, and quantity was fine. I have no idea what happened with our sandwiches, but they were truly "nasty", lacking content, served on "duck bread".

This place was a revelation, the kind of brewpub/restaurant/sports bar that you expect to find in Seattle or Bend or the Bay Area, not in Stockton. Great beer, great food, multiple screens of sports, the commentary not drowned out by lame loud music. Great service from Richard, and a full well stocked bar if you can get past the excellent reds and IPAs. We visit relatives here twice a year and went back two nights in a row. In a wasteland of fast food joints and generic chain restaurants, you can be sure we will return many times in the future.

I have so many memories of Valley Brew. It's such a nice place to kick back and relax. One can watch a game on one of the tv's, sit at the bar or outside. Their menu has dramatically been reduced after COVID though. They used to have a lot more things to choose from. Be prepared to not be in a rush when dining in as it does take a bit of time for the food to cook and be served. The staff is friendly and their beers hit the spot!

It's been awhile since I've been here. Wow what difference. For a place that only sells burger/sandwhices, the wait time for I food was a minute. Especially when there alot of empty seats. The food had no taste. Hopefully they turn it around. This was the go to spot for alot people.
