Just purchased the ghost chicken meal and it was AWFUL! My fries were greasy and overcooked. Yes Overcooked!!! They put welted lettuce on it. Also slapped a lot of the ghost pepper maya sauce. I took bite and was never again!!

The food is good, but the girl at the drive up window was rude! No "hi, how's ur day" basically threw my stuff at me & then no "thanks" "come again" nothing!
Ordered 2 $5 biggie bag the GM” Konya” I don’t know why she’s seems confused, gave her $20.90 for a $10.90 total, she did not give me my change and receipt and placed all my orders in one bag, I was waiting for for her and told me everything is in the bag, but I found out no change was given and no receipt, went back to complain and told them the situation and I was treated like I am a thief. So I filed a complaint to corporate. They can check their cameras and they can see and prove if they handed me my change. But they refused.

UPDATE: Wednesday, October 11, 2023 PMYou cannot count on Wendy’s. Sometimes the lobby is open, sometimes it’s not. Tonight, the lobby was locked up tight at 7:50PM. No access!Time to go to McDonald’s‼️————————I went here because of a BOGO offer on the app for a breakfast sandwich.I ordered a bacon sandwich and a sausage sandwich. They were on a bun with sauce. I thought the bacon was better than the sausage. The sausage had a weird spice/bite to it.I also ordered a bacon breakfast sandwich on a buttermilk biscuit. I felt this was a lot better than the sandwich on the regular bun.Decaf coffee was OK. Free refills. Lots of cream.Employees were friendly and very helpful!I’m looking forward to more coupons in the mail and bogo offers on the app!

At The drive thru I ordered a large strawberry lemonade with no ice my favorite at Wendy’s, barely out of the drive thru I sipped my drink and it tasted watered down and lack any sweetness. So I returned and this time went inside, I told them it doesn’t taste the way it’s suppose too, the lady with the headset was instantly annoyed and said it taste that way because you don’t have ice which doesn’t even make logical sense, but instead of arguing with her I asked could she make it again to which her response was if you don’t have ice it’s going to be the same, asked for a different flavor which was pineapple mango, after she made it she seemed even more annoyed and repeated for a third time the same thing while looking at her co workers with a smirk. I simply ignored her provocations and took my drink which was almost $5 and left. And to no surprise it tasted watered down, murky with no sweetness whatsoever, instead of trying to get a refund I just took my loss and decided to never come to this particular Wendy’s again!
