Geez, the indian lady needs to get trained in customer service. No smile nothing. Just rudely asked what you want with the biggest frown on her face. It makes me not want to go back lol other than that I could see the man making the pretzel fresh. Food was good but geez lady can you pretend to like your job like everyone else.

Seriously $10 pretzels? Mine were NOT fresh made. They were really hard and dry. I ate like 3 and had to toss the rest because the pretzels at the bottom of my bag were burnt. I know the sauces aren’t their fault but when I opened my sauce it was only half full. Not good. Mad I wasted $20. ?

Pricey but satisfied my pretzel craving

What a disappointment. I've been to the mall twice this week and have had such an awful experience with this place. First off the young lady that works behind the counter is rude and un professional. The selection that is offered is unreasonable. What happened to options, that's all I'm asking for. We need to keep Businesses open to keep Stockonstrong but at this rate we'll have no more stores open.

Located in Weberstown Mall, closest entrance is main doors off Pacific Ave. Kiosk is next to Zales. This is my family’s favorite pretzel shop. Honestly the smell is sensational. We also leave the mall with a few.

Poor customer service. Rude staff. Seems like they don't like what they're doing or they're just LAZY!

Came to get some pizza pretzel bites from here and I got a slice of pizza in a cup instead

Young cashier loved giving people attitude while talking to customers. If she can't handle the job with the high volume of customers, she should either take a break or leave the job. Customers deserve to be treated right with respect regardless of the outcome.
Every time I go to this place they never have the jalapeño pretzel hotdogs. When I ask if they can make it they give me a long face and always an excuse. Worst customer service ever

Pretzels. Craveable yummies. Soft and warm, big salted pretzels just add some mustard and enjoy.

It's very pricey $5 dollars for a hot dog , but I was pretty good. I loved the jalapeño on the hotdog gave it yummy flavor.

I treated myself to a pretzel; it was delicious just like I'd remembered (though at almost $5 a pop, it's a rare treat). But they wanted to charge me 71 cents for a cup of tap water! (The cup is 71 cents, the water is free.) Those plastic cups cost them less than 2 cents to buy. If they're looking to recoup the cost of the cup, 71 cents is just ludicrous.

Really disappointed in this Wetzel location (Webberstown Mall). At noon on a Wednesday, one employee. Tray of mini pretzels lying on counter (undoubtedly cold and hard). We ordered pretzel's and asked if they were fresh. Were told they were! She then proceeded to push on the pretzels in the case and found one about 3 down as if it were fresher. We said "never mind" and left.
