I can't tell you if food was good or not. They refused to give me my online order. And the told me I had to wait for the manager to come in tomorrow to get a refund. That won't get back to my account for 3 to 5 days. Told me I had to have the card the food was ordered with. The whole reason I paid online was so all I had to do was pick it up. It took over 45 minutes for my order. I disabled and I was picking my food up at 10:20pm it already late. Now I been to the wingstop on California st no problem. Just give name and pick up. Why it don't say online I need the MF card? I even showed them my banking app with the payment subtracted still no food. I really feel like race had to do with it. The worst online food service I ever had by far.

I made two orders each $65 the first order I only got two fries. The rest of the meals were missing the second order. I ended up with only half the order.

Give zero star if I could. November 5 around 5pm. all the workers that's working there that evening does not know how to do their job. Order our food dine in and we been waiting for our food but they keep giving out other people food who order behind us. What is that? Make no sense. I work in a food place and we all know to go in order . Ask the girl if our food was ready she say "couple minutes" didn't even ask the cooks to check our order. A dine in order was ready but it wasn't our order it was someone who order behind us. Mind u we been waiting for an hour. To think they will be considerate and ask us for a refund or give something to compensate for their mistake. I'm pretty sure they have forgot our order. Dumb workers train your employees right and teach them how do customer service correctly and how to bring out food in order. To the management hope you read this because it made me mad when the employees keep saying couple minutes! minutes when we been waiting for an hour??? While others get their food first ??? And they mess up my order! I just watch all the worker play around and don't do their job and the cashier girl look like she don't even want to work. Forgot her name but she was Mexican with black hair train your employees right! Her name was Julitzy! She was Rude and unprofessional. We finally got our food around 5:50 and as u can tell from our receipt we order around 4:48! An hour wait for dine in??? We decided to take our food to go at that point and not eat inside. Hire better employees instead of lazy rude unappreciated teenagers who don't want to be there. And who don't care about customers.
