Missing items from order / rude service. it seems like if there's any issues with your order they like to make it your issue. The food was great, but sadly I did not receive items I paid for and was ignored when I asked about them. it's been almost 2 months and I've yet to receive my refund. it's ridiculous the amount of times I've had to call/ go on the wingstop website. Your representatives seem nothing but confused every single time I call.. "you will receive the refund in 4-5 hours" "you should receive it in about 5 days" "Were not supposed to say how long"

The manager of this Wingstop is extremely rude and condescending. I ordered $70 worth of wings and was given 20 instead of 40. The manager hung up on my wife and insulted her. We went to the restaurant to get the rest of the order and were treated very poorly and were insulted directly by the manager. Complaints to Wingstop went to him, so he just dismissed the complaints. Corrupt, rude, keep your distance from this location.I'd drive miles and miles to go to any other location.Parking: Lots of parking.

Ordered from the website when I got my food everything was sealed no open bags but was missing two wing orders. Yet they said I had to call door dash to refund me???? I got everything but the main wings!!!

Don’t order from this location. The workers clearly don’t care about their jobs. All were on their phones and playing around instead of trying to process orders. Finally got my order and (30 crew pack PLUS $8 tip!!) and they put none of the ranches or blue cheese in my bag. Also didn’t include the side of original sauce I paid for. I get especially upset when I tip for your service and time and you show no regard to provide good service. Take my advice and order from a different location.

This place always has the worst service. Every employee has a terrible attitude new group of employees every time you come in so you can tell they’re all new food takes twice as long to be finished then it should. Overall terrible food quality terrible employees. Terrible attitude just terrible.

This is the only wingstop in Stockton where EVERY single time I order they put me on hold for over 10 mins. You can ask for extra wet wings and we'll done and they NEVER do it. Will not be going here anymore

Served me raw chicken. Totally fine to make mistakes, but they then refused to refund my order unless I drove back (already waited 50 min for food), despite sending the photos they asked for of the raw chicken. Said it was policy, but is it policy to serve raw chicken? My appetite was gone after I spit out raw chicken, but the manager refused to make any concession for me. Then the manager tells me “you said that 3 times already” mid conversation. I guess I’m the jerk for not wanting to pay for food that is literally not safe to consume.

This particular wingstop should be named "guaranteed disappointment" instead. It ruined wingstop for me and I love wingstop. Wings were salty af and overly seasoned that I felt my blood pressure spike with every bite. Out of 30 classic wings there were 2 flats and the rest were drums. All the wings were over cooked. Oh and the fries were cold. THE ONLY reason this is getting two stars is because the cashier was friendly.

Terrible Attitudes. Terrible Service. Terrible Store!! I give it negative stars times 10. Like someone else mentioned, the short chick with glasses who works front counter needs a reality check, an attitude adjustment, and really, just a new job!! Take your minimum wage attitude somewhere else. It does not belong in customer service!!

Bad experience in this location! They confuse my order most of the time and they just don't solve anything, they leave you waiting on the phone too. Go spend your money somewhere else.
