Trust me--it will change your life. We go out of our way to come here. The service is great too!

Honestly what the stars reflect. It's good, definitely not bad, also not the best chicken I've ever had. Chicken is very tender and fries are good, spice levels are a little awkward, but that's probably just me overestimating the name of the levels. Just a solid choice.

My wife ordered from here on postmates and was given an hour and a half wait time. The only way to cancel was over the phone and their number doesn’t even work. Obviously this is incredibly inconvenient and we won’t be ordering from here ever again. Money wasted.

Pros: Great chicken and waffles! Big portions and tastes really good! I got mild as the spice for the chicken and it was a good level! Cons: As much as the food is really good, the service is HORRENDOUS. The guy that helped us first at the cash register tipped himself 25% after I tapped my card, and the girl that helped us after him was incredibly rude and you could just tell she didn't want to be there. It took around 20-25 minutes to get our two orders.

No one loves a good chicken sandwich more than I do (at least, no one I'm friends with on Facebook). I've been living in and out of LA for a while now, so I feel like I've had it all...and I'm here to tell you, if you haven't been here, you are missing out on one of the best kept secrets in the SFV. I don't do McDonalds or Burger King. I'm more of a Popeyes, Zaxby's, and Chik-fil-A, but heck even Raising Cane's can't touch these guys. I haven't had anything else here but the sandwiches. The fillets they use are giant and juicy. I haven't gotten it past medium heat...I feel like it's a well seasoned creation at that level. Anything more, I can't vouch for it. You get what you pay for. I also want to give major props to Miguel. He's got great energy, knows the food, and makes you feel welcome. A business is only as good as the folks who sell your product.

I had been driving east on Ventura to another restaurants and saw this sandwich place located near where the Crave and Trader Joes is in Studio City (my Valley Natives will know where I'm talking about). What caught my eyes was that they advertised vegan hot chicken sandwiches. I was pleased because finding alternative meat options near home is always a plus for me! Although I did not go that night, I did come back to try it out. Here's my review: FOOD - If you're going to eat here, definitely order the Sanday Sandwich. Sanday Sandwich ($13.99) - I was so sleepy that I totally did not ask or realize that not everything on their menu was vegan (oops). So I ended up ordering the regular Sanday Sandwich. The protein is generous in proportion and this places sells some excellent fries (I'd come back just for their fries). I just wish I had asked for ketchup because I would have preferred a break from the orange sauce flavor that they gave me. It got a little overwhelming towards the end of my meal. Plant Salad Bowl ($13.99) - Unfortunately, I can not say I am a fan of this food item. There's something about the sweetness of the plant based chicken or the mayo-like dressing that I was put off by. However, I do appreciate that they even offer a salad. It can be really hard to get my vegetable intake for the day. PRICE - When comparing prices, 24 Hot Chicken & Waffle Bar is more expensive than your other popular hot chicken sandwich places. For the hot chicken sandwich and fries, it costs $13.99. Fast food locations like Chick-fil-A and Raising Cane's sell hot chicken sandwiches going for approximately $3-$6 bucks depending on which sandwich you get (excluding fries), and Popeyes for about $4 bucks (excluding fries). Dave's Hot Chicken's technically sell sliders (but they're pretty much like a hot chicken sandwich) and their combo deal is about $12 bucks. AMBIENCE - This is a casual, clean eatery. Very industrial feeling. I do not know if I would come here with a group of friends. The seating near the window is bar style so you face a window which looks out into traffic. It looks like a lot of people walking through the doors were there to pick up food to deliver. Also, there is one bathroom. It's mostly clean but there are graffiti marks here and there. PARKING - Honestly, although it is a busy part of the Valley. I have never been unable to find parking in this area. I can usually find parking in the plaza or on the street. It does sometimes take a second to get a spot during peak hours, but you will find a place to park! All in all, this is a casual, decent spot that I would come back for just to try what I initially wanted to try in the first place: their vegan hot sandwich.

This is our favorite spot when we're in the mood for some crispy flavorful chicken. We prefer 24 hot chicken over all the other spots in the valley.

I don't eat meat so I get the veggie chicken sandwich and It is sooo good! I take my meat lovers here and they go crazy over the chicken sandwich. A little extra coleslaw and sauce is all you need. You're welcome.

The girl at the front desk gives excellent service, the sauce is made from something devilishly good, and the food is on point and fairly quick! Love it!

This place is spot on. I like hot chicken typically hotter than what's on the menu. Can't say enough good stuff about this place.

Stopped in here before I went shopping at Trader Joe's. They definitely pulled me in with the "Plant Base Chicken" sign (no not a typo) I got a "mild" Vegan Chicken Sandwich w/fries. I didn't trust the sauce so I opted not to have it. But the sandwich was so dry I needed ketchup lol. All and all it was decent, although it was kinda spicy.. even for the mild version. The consistency/texture wasn't bad, definitely passable, I'd rate it a 7/10. The ambiance & upkeep of the establishment could use some help but I won't let that factor into the rating of the food. Fries were good also.. they didn't taste like old grease or anything.

When you eat hot chicken in LA it's basically impossible not to compare it to Dave's. I ordered the Sanday sandwich which was pretty good, and just about as good, or maybe even the tiniest bit better than Dave's Hot Chicken. My issue is that it's half the food for the same price. It's good, but doesn't feel worth it in comparison. The mochi donuts were mediocre, but idk why you'd expect a fried chicken place to make good mochi donuts. Kinda outa left field. Overall, decent but a bit pricey.

It was the worst meal ever.I smelled spoiled from the food. I didn't even have the coke I ordered. I couldn't go back. It was the worst meal ever.
