Okay so, the meat is already cooked and they just put a lot of nasty oil and heat it up; well guess what? My tacos were dripping with oil. The lady in the front counter was also very weird, no customer service skills. The sauce they give out also has no flavor; just skip this place not sure why people still go here or why it exists . There is nothing special . Waste of time and money.

I'm not sure how this place stays in business. None of their meat is cooked there, it's all cooked off site and delivered every day by truck. Hence all their food tastes bland and dry from being heated all day. Shame that Henry's got ousted and replaced by this nonsense.

Today I order a chicken burrito and to my surprise I came across a raw piece of chicken after I had that in my mouth I lost the appetite. I didn’t mention anything to the cashier because by the cashier there is a sign which states if you have a compliant text the number which I did and no one reach out to me. I used to eat often here but I don’t anymore

Please do not eat here!!! I can understand if the flavor of food is not what you expect. What I can't understand is how they serve food with expired vegetables. When I received my order I found the lettuce and tomatoes soggy in terrible condition and tasted like they had been in the fridge for several days. They definitely do not use fresh or same day ingredients. My rice was hard and the beans tasted like they just came out of the can. Not Mexican food!!!!!

This place was always subpar in terms of food quality, but lately they just don't have food. Twice in the last month, I've tried ordering something they don't have (today it was eggs so no breakfast burrito). Half the time they're not even open during morning business hours. I'm done trying to order from here anymore. It was disappointing before but now it's too frustrating to try. Thumbs down.

I like their burritos. It's a good size and their meat is good. I've tried their nachos. It's ok. I didn't enjoy it because it was really dry and it had too much cheese. It hardly had any meat.
I NEVER GOT MY FOOD EVEN THOUGH MY HAIR SALON IS INKY 300 yards from taco stand. Please refund my money for this. Thank you. Caroline Wavra

Pretty decent tacos. Hot sauce doesn't goof around, so it's easy to make your tacos properly hot. Everything seemed to be pretty quality, the tacos are on the small side like street tacos, not the larger tacos you see in some restaurants. Staff seemed friendly and nice. Would eat again.Outdoor seating had a ton of shade depending on the time of day. Of course. They have a large covered outside section, but no indoor seating. There is no parking, however there is street parking nearby that seems to have plenty of availability.

Came here to comment on the absolute horrendous service from "Maria A." and was actually not surprised whatsoever to see how many other people had the exact same issue as i did with her. what a laughable establishment that can't even keep their employees from disrupting their mediocre business. I imagine her own higher ups are probably scared to talk to her in fear she may deliver the same nasty, childish attitude she does to the customers.

I have been a customer of Cactus Taqueria since 2016, been to every location hundreds of times, and never have I encountered somebody like Maria A. at this location. She is a moron who is consistently rude, unwelcoming, and just an overall terrible employee. She makes every experience at Cactus a bad one. I have seen multiple bad reviews about her bad customer service and still nothing is done. She alone makes me want to never support Cactus again. What will it take for something to be done? I will continue posting bad reviews about her until she is gone.
