Manager, Angeles, is quite possibly the worst manager I have ever encountered. She overcharges the customers and then blames it on them not asking for the specials. Do you go to McDonalds when they have a food special and have to say at the window that you want the $2.99 sandwich? NO! They are smart enough to enter the price accordingly. Otherwise, don’t post the specials! She consistently gives attitude every time we go- which we won’t anymore. Guessing with her as manager, this location will be closing soon anyway. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE- STAY AWAY!

I was surprised at how clean the restaurant was. It was spotless and the customer service was amazing. Ramon and Ivan were amazing and accommodating. They were also patient as my mom and auntie were too particular faith their order. I thank them! After going to universal studios we decided to get carls jr, worse experience of my life! the afternoon manager had the worse attitude cussing at the employees in Spanish, she yelled at my friend when she asked a question, she didnt get my order right and everytime I was looking to the menu to see what to order she kept making noises of frustration and rollling her eyes! When it was my turn to get my food I heard her say "apurate ponle la hamburguesa para que se vayan los cabrones!" I understand Spanish she was cussing at us for been there. And now I have been throwing up since Saturday I went to the ER for my son and me because after eating there we ended up with fever, nausea vomiting and it stared about 1 hour after we ate here. We had to pull over in the grapevine to start throwing up, and today is Wednesday and we are still throwing up fever of 103.9 the ER stated its due to contaminated food or unsanitary hand washing. I hope they take action towards the manager WORSE experience in my life I will never recommend carls jr to anyone ever!!!!!!
Honestly I ordered through postmates and I expected to pick app the order. They have the order ready and now i'm waiting through the drive through. My food is cold. They won't pick up the phone. The guy at the window was rude.

45-minute drive thru wait at 10pm burgers & fried cold and soda has no gas. I don't understand what the manager is doing? She kept stalling on the drive thru window with a stick in between cars.

Worker refused to open the door for service on Saturday at 6am. It is now 6:24am and the door is still not open. There are 2 workers inside. I am the only customer waiting outside in the freezing cold. The worker refuses to communicate with me. One male worker just came and the door is still closed. I did try to talk to the cashier but she ignored me. At 5 am I was told they open at 6am by the cashier. It us now 6:30am. Service very poor and extremely poor customer relations.
2 for $10 burger deal is a good value.
