Has the potential to be the best Chinese food in the valley but they suffer from terrible inconsistencies. Dining in is really your only option as delivery is often cold and mushy. Lunch is great! Dinner, (same dishes), not so much. The bearded waiter is definitely a &$£€ and not cut out to be a service person. He definitely takes away from the dining experience which is a shame because dining in gets you far superior food to their takeout.

This place is sooo good and the customer service is amazing! I came here with my family and as a vegan among carnivores, there are many delicious options for everyone. Mike was so great to us and the whole experience was very pleasant. I definitely recommend!

Love this Chin Chins! I've been coming here for 20 years and Saeed, the new manager has taken this location up a notch. He treats everyone that walks in the door with respect and makes sure they're taken care of and happy. The food has remained top notch and consistent. 5 stars!

Ordered beef and broccoli no flavor basic steam. The shrimp was pale and no flavor. Panda Express is way better than this place .

I went to Chin Chin the other day with my friend for a celebratory lunch. First off, parking was very easy, which as we know in Studio City can be challenging. I had a fantastic server, I think his name was Ray. It was so nice to connect to a fellow midwesterner. He was hilarious, very knowledgable about the menu, and so sweet. My friend and I both had the Chinese Salad with tofu. Amazing, even better than with chicken. Our server encouraged the fried over soft tofu. He was right, delicious. And we ended our lunch with a delightful dark chocolate dipped fortune cookie. I look forward to going back.

Still my favorite American Chinese Food restaurant. It's taken me too long to fix my last review. A lot has changed. It went through a remodel. Food and portions have improved. Shaun and Saeed always make it a pleasant experience. The old favorites just as good as ever.

Nothing like losing my appetite from seeing the manager eating his food behind the front counter when I'm there to pick up my to go order that's sitting right next to him

Ordered delivery, was OK but nothing special. Tso's is rare in the area but was unfortunately nothing special, orange chicken tasted mostly of bell pepper.

a Los Angeles institution. I've been coming to Chin Chins for the chicken salad since the early 1990's. just moved back to Los Angeles and I'm happy to say the salad and the overall service are just as good as I remember. thanks to Mike and his staff for making us feel at home.
