I have had jamba juice for as long as I remember ! I asked for strawberry banana smoothie which ended up tasting like frozen ice and pineapple smoothie which tasted expired like expired strawberries, no pineapple in it ! Both smoothies are pink and tasteless ! The two very young girls arguing that it is made out of fresh fruit!!!! Obviously! But fresh fruit can also spoil ! Terrible smoothie ? ! Waste of money ! We order smoothies all the time from other locations , this one was beyond horrible , both drinks paid and thrown out , it tasted liked sour expired milk ! Someone check the products, tasteless colorless , and got knows maybe spoiled too !

So I've been craving one of these smoothie bowls every since I saw the add on the expressway billboard lol. It was delicious. The only thing is the bananas were so fresh they had more of a crunchy biter taste. Service was patient because I couldn't make up my mind on what to get

first of all, I'm looking at menu, taking it all in from 12 feet away, just got through the door, a flat voice "what would you like to order?" I can't even think about it?? the garbage-- overflowing, one of the employees walks over, throws the metal top of the garbage lid on the floor, the loudest clanking, as if aggressive to everyone there. I just don't even know where to begin, the actual smoothie; wonderful. customer service has gone extinct. I think everyone here needs a pay bump, please, management, you're terrible treatment of these poor girls is showing and y'all need to facilitate some f**** to give. THX

went in just for a smoothie and was greeted by the friendly red head at the register:) the customer service was amazing my smoothie was made quickly and I loved the music they had playing! unfortunately I happen to go in when another older man was there and he yelling at some of the employees while they were trying to do there job he just killed the pleasant energy of the place:/

Drinks and food are spectacular. However, the music volume is so loud you must yell to get attention. Most of the employees are pleasant, but some are not that friendly. I appreciate their dedication, and understand the frustration of working conditions.Devon and Julie are great with customers.

Loved their açaí bowl! Fresh fruit cut right in front of you, welcoming staff, loved their playlist(especially because it had Taylor swift Taylor Version on it)and a variety of music. It was calm when I got their but then they had rush hour but I sat there and read my book. Will be coming back!

I tried 2 other different shake places and was not satisfied. I remember seeing this place when my family and I went to Newport Beach, CA. Decided to give it a try and was very glad I did!! They made my shake just the way I like and didn't give me a hard time. Super tasty and perfect on the blending! Highly recommend!

The female currently making drinks at this location does not know how to make drinks. I got two diff flavors and they were both made so poorly. Total waste of moneyI would have walked back in for a refund if I didn't already drive away. What a let down very disappointing

Absolutely terrible. They're out of so many things. And the fresh orange juice machine has been broken for months. Apparently they have no GM and no one gives a s*** to make sure things are in stock or that things are being ran right. It's totally like a free-for-all. Avoid this location at all costs. Would love to see somebody responsible. Get in there and do the right thing with the store. I love having a Jamba Juice there, but never having what I want. I'll never go there again until they get it together.

COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. Some of the staff wears a mask. All customers are not expected to wear a mask. It's optional now. Some of the staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is available for take outs and has outdoor seating available with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing my drink from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They currently don't have happy hour. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is massive since it is located inside Universal City Walk. Drink: I ordered a white gummy. The Gummy Bear Smoothies are sweeter than the standard smoothies since it utilizes juice, milk & multiple fruits and sherberts along with the addition of gummy candy. The blended fruits and sherbert really make these smoothies taste like their gummy bear counterparts. The White Gummy Bear Smoothie is a sweet drink. They tried to make a smoothie that tastes like a white gummy bear. If you are looking for something a little sweeter and more like a dessert, and the white gummy bears are your color of choice, then this is the smoothie that you want. Staff: The staff here are very fast, efficient, and friendly. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum.

Just left this location and the guy there was horrible. When I walked in he didn't greet me nor acknowledge that I was waiting there I was the only person in line no one else, but he starred right at me and continue to do what he was doing very rude !! I had to speak to him to get his attention so I can be assisted and still he didn't say anything lol. The worst customer service ever this guy needs to learn how to service people.

Cold oatmeal? I asked "do you serve oatmeal" and they said "yes what toppings would you like"? NO mention that the oatmeal is served COLD what's up with that?!? Update - I asked my sister who works at a different location of oatmeal is supposed to be cold. Apparently not. I have requested a refund which may take two days to show up. The cashier tore my receipt so whatever the QR code is, I can't use it. I know these are first world problems but I'm hungry and these people made me wast my time and money because they just don't care.
