Been coming here for years but the flavor of the food is not always consistent, ramen to go is cool not hot and the service is terrible. It always feels like you are bothering the server and they pick and choose who they want to be cordial to. I prefer to pay the premium and have Grubhub deliver from a different location even though the studio city location is 2 minutes away. Rudeness here has been consistent, it never fails. K

I ordered takeout from here and found hair in the ramen. The customer service was great though, and they provided a refund.

Ambiance and service here were good. The food js also good. Although the ramen places at Sawtelle are much tastier, this place is still decent if you are craving for ramen and don’t want to make a long drive to Sawtelle. Although this place has a long waitlist, its still worth to give it a

Been going to Jinya for a few years now, actually discovered it in a magazine while I was flying back to L.A. I much prefer this location over Burbank just based solely on customer service. It can get busy here but I usually miss the rush by dining around 1-2pm. The spicy chicken ramen is my favorite, always comes put fast and SUPER hot. Also love the cauliflower and Brussel sprouts as an starter. Recently found out that they have a kids meal that could almost feed an adult based on the amount of food served. My only knock lately is that they literally give you two small portions of chicken in the ramen which is disappointing for $20. I do like that the option for hot sauce is now at the table. Parking is underneath with elevator access, steep ramp so be careful driving and spaces are very close together. But it is one of my go-to spots for the portions, quickness of service and taste.Parking: Parking lot is beneath the restaurant with elevator access, but spaces are very tight and the ramps are really steep. Can get busy on weekends because of all the businesses here but at least it's free.

Molly's service reminded of my living experience in Japan. Her smile, her attitude, she is a professional! I have never gotten such an incredible service in America. I was surprised how eloquently and professionally she treated us! One of the best eating experience of my life! Food became 100 times more delicious when the service is like Molly! She is a legend and she knows how to serve a customer very professional! 10/10

The hostess was rude. Waited in line to be attended and she attended someone else who came in way after us. Telling us sorry with a wide grin on her face. Tells people in front of us it’s a 10-15 minute wait but then we get told it’s a 30 minute wait. We do take out and she never attended us, to give us our food. We had to get her attention as she kept attending people waiting in line like us. Never coming here again.

Although not the best ramen we have ever had, for the price, I think it's fair to say they deserve 5 stars. Fried chicken is really good.

So, I finally tried Jinya Ramen and, honestly, it was a pretty solid experience. I'm a big fan of spicy food, and let me tell you, their spicy ramen actually lives up to its name. It's nice to find a place that gets the spice level just right, you know? The vibe of the place is chill. It's not over-the-top fancy, but it's comfortable and welcoming. Perfect for hanging out and slurping some good ramen. Plus, the portions are generous, so you won't leave hungry. All in all, Jinya Ramen is a great spot if you're craving some real spicy ramen without any fuss. Worth a visit for sure!Parking: Very tight parking space and some meter street parking

Imagine my surprise when my credit card notifies me that I left a 37% gratutity on my card despite leaving a cash tip when I finished eating.
