This is a 2 part rating. I went in today and picked up day 1 of my 3-day nutrition plan. The wonderful woman who walked me through the process and my order was amazing and answered all of my questions and asked me questions to understand my goals. What came out of that was a modified selection (non-dairy). This is supposed to help me drop 7 pounds in 3 days, but honestly, I'd be thrilled with 3 pounds. I'll do a follow-up results review. I just finished day 1 and I loved the super sexy celery drink the most. The cabbage soup was initially not my favorite, so I called the store to see if I could add extra herbs and spices without ruining the program. They gave a thumbs up and with the addition of my spice cabinet (but no oil or salt), the soup was pretty good. I live nearby, so I will pick up my day's meals each day for maximum freshness. So far I have not dipped into the emergency hunger granola. I was reading reviews, but didn't see many that gave weight loss reviews. At the start, I am 5'-7" and 140 pounds. I have to go off menu a little bit each day for super specific health reasons, so hopefully that does not have a big impact on my progress. Also, parking on the side street was easy.

Terrible service - I had two staff stare at me for 5 minutes while an entitled woman browsed photos on her phone and refused to pay. No awareness and respect = no $15 smoothie. Lost my business.

Butters, Abby and I love walking to Kreation Cafe to get a delicious Brilliance SmoothieThe staff is so nice and super cool. I also love the salads and soups, especially the butternut squash, perfect for cool fall nights.

I like coming here for a day cleanse. There is plenty of street parking available and service is fast. Sometimes they are friendly and other times they just help you check out. My only complaint is that they are pricy but if you buy in bulk, you will get to save some money. I also like the variety of juices they offer for different needs so your not drinking the same juice over and over. The bottle sizes are adequate and if you bring the nitriles back, I think they give you credit or money but I always keep mine to store my own juicing.

I come in here frequently and usually everyone is pretty nice . Besides today. I asked to place a phone order and service got cut off on one of our lines, so I asked my question again and the woman says "like I already said.." lol we both knew the phone got cut off so what's with the attitude. Then when I go to pick up my order I tell her which one is mine and she says "oh right , yeah that one had A LOT of modifications" . I literally asked for one thing to be left out because of an allergy. It's so frustrating when people who work in service make you feel uncomfortable. It should be a pleasant experience not one that makes you feel stupid.
Just walked in at 7:21pm and they said they were closed when it clearly shows open until 8pm. Then change your hours! It’s not easy to park and come in this store to waste all that time and energy for nothing. Staff was rude about it too like they were just waiting to leave.

The staff is so knowledgeable about everything and will go out of their way for you to have all the answers you need for detoxing and health maintenance. Ricardo is always happy and ready to help. In the past week I've eaten at the west hollywood and studio city locations here. My friend and I got a soup at the former thinking that this would be a healthy minimalist option - since my friend has a lot of food allergies and restrictions. While I was fine, he got sick a couple hours after. I got a salad here yesterday and literally the same thing happened to me. I don't have quite as sensitive of a stomach but I was curled in a ball for hours, almost threw up. Not sure what's in the to go food here, or if it's cross contamination, but be cognizant.

My chicken and rice soup hit the spot on an old uncharacteristically cold SoCal day. I enjoyed my coffee too--nice, bold flavor. I also picked up a Feel Better shot for immunity. Strong, tart, and zingy. Lots of stuff here I'd like to try. Service was friendly too. The packaging was sustainable, too, which is important to me. I'd definitely recommend it, even for folks like me who don't necessarily consider themselves to be part of the "Juicing culture". There seems to be something here for everyone.
